Good but USB Ports Could Be Blocked
I'm a return customer for Orico power strips. They are extremely well made, versatile products. I have a black Orico travel power strip that I've taken with me on trips. I really like it and thought this one was going to replace it. Unfortunately it won't.That review for the previous model is here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R173M7KLCNTUVN?ref=pf_ov_at_pdctrvw_srp. Much of this review is the same as the other review since very little has changed. This is a very good travel power strip:TL;DR: Small, light, well designed, delivers stated USB Power, not perfect. Compared to the other model I have this is both smaller and lighter but introduces one potentially major issue: using the 3 pronged outlet might block your USB ports!Pros:1) Very well designed for travela) Integrated rubber band to keep tightb) Cord designed to wrap around bodyc) Plugs into itself when wrapped to make it smallerd) No sharp edges so won't scratch anything in your bag2) Low-profile plug into wall easy to grip to remove3) Rubber feet stop it from sliding4) Has 2 AC outlets - one grounded, one not. Easy to add additional USB ports5) Built-in USB ports provide the stated power:a) USB C port tested up to 15Wb) USB A port tested up to 12Wc) Combined usage of ports tested to max out at 15W6) Small and light enough to actually take with you. Even smaller and lighter than the previous version.7) Cruise safe: it is NOT a surge-suppressing power strip.Cons:1) Using the 3-pronged plug might block your USB ports. You will have to know ahead of time what you will use your 3 pronged plug for. If it's a large power brick or travel adapter, it potentially could physically block the USB ports situated right above the 3 pronged outlet. That's a deal breaker for me since I don't always know what I'll need to use the adapter for. Often at hotels I'll have to unplug one of the hotel's items from a wall outlet and plug that item into the power strip.2) USB power could be higher - 12W for USB A is becoming limited. The USB C can go to 15W but the total for all USB ports together is only 15W.3) The 2-prong plug on side can be a challenge to use - anything that is too wide may not fit into itGood product but I'll stick with the other model.

Small and portable
This is a great travel extension cord. It doesn't take up a lot of room but allows many items to both be plugged in or charging via USB. Nice to not have to take all my individual USB charging ports and just this instead. The one watch out is that the 2 prong (on the side) is somewhat narrow, so you may have to be selective in what you plug in there. And the 3 prong (on top) is very close to the USB ports so you may have to be careful there in not covering those up as well. When wrapping it back up I find it hard to find the right pattern to plug in without the cord buckling out. Not a deal breaker but would be nice.

4.5 because my 3-prong is a block style
So my power cord is too big to be able to use the USB ports.Otherwise this is a great design for traveling (I take my other laptop). The chargers work well and are both USB A and C. Charging time diminishes to 5w if all 3 are used. Since I recharge at night, it’s not a problem for me. I’m just glad not to have to pack separate wall units and the corresponding cords and an extension cord.Packs great in my carryon!

Handy at trips, especially for the forgetful ones at a great price!
This particular travel power strip by ORICO was picked up with my wife in mind. Sometimes she grabs her USB cables but forgets her charger at home when we go on roadtrips. This partially solves that problem as long as she remembers to bring her USB cables along. :)One thing that I thought needed some improvement for newer iterations of this is in regards the charging power. This one tops out at 15W, though sufficient for most devices, is definitely not on the same level of some competitor's offerings PD 30W+ capable power strips. However, this one by ORICO is a much cheaper (inexpensive) power strip. You definitely need to take that into account. This power strip is heavily discounted right now, so if you just want a nice and compact strip for your trips that also happens to have a way to charge your devices, this is a great option for you.

Convenient!
great to have in your backpack when traveling. Seems it will handle a laptop, phone, watch charger, and a little more with ease. Its so nice to have this in your hotel room rather than digging for your phone behind a bed or something like that.

Invaluable -- plus cruise ship approved. ADDENDUM 6/22/2023: still happy!
Power strips are invaluable in hotels, airports, metro stations, offices…anywhere that outlets are few, or awkwardly located. Travelers – and others -- will appreciate the many thoughtful features of this compact power strip.I have traveled with regular power strips for decades, which has been worth it despite their awkward bulkiness and unwieldy cords. This power “box” addresses the shortcomings that regular strips pose. It measures approx. 3” x 3” x 1.5” (the surface is about the size of the palm of your hand). Its light weight will help keep your baggage within allowances (or your tote bag’s weight manageable). The charger’s “box” is cleverly designed for the cord to be wrapped around it then tightly secured with the integrated wide rubber band. Cord length is 3.7 feet. The 5 outlets are configured to to allow the simultanous use of multiple plug-ins.This power strip is NOT a surge protector – a critical issue for cruise ships. Because electricity is configured differently between land and sea, surge protectors carry an increased fire risk – especially dangerous on a ship. Thus, they are banned by cruise ships and confiscated from passengers. Cruise ships *will* accept power strips so there should be no issue with this one.My only concern is how long the integrated rubber band will last: if its elasticity will degrade over time, or if the band will break. Even if it did, another method of securing the cord, such as a Velcro wrap, could be substituted. That said, the rubber band may continue to perform without issues but only time will tell. This ingenious travel strip fits my needs so well that I plan to purchase a second one, plus will be giving them as gifts. Highly recommended!ADDENDUM 6/22/2023:I remain so pleased with my first travel power “box” from this company that I ordered a second. I also have a similar one from a competitor but this one is better designed: the flat wall plug is angled at 45 degrees so it doesn’t block the wall outlet like the competitor’s.The 5 outlets are configured to minimize interference from each other, although some “bricks” may block the USB outlets. It includes a USB-C outlet, needed for a Galaxy 5 watch. As noted in my first review for this charger, I remain concerned about how long the integrated rubber band will last: if its elasticity will degrade over time, or if the band will break. There have been no issues so far with the original charger.I still love this ingenious travel charger box; will be taking two on my travels, and continue to highly recommend it.
