Excellent spine decompressor.

This did nothing to easing my back pain. It really did not make a difference at all. Waste of money for me.

I was hoping this would make my lower back feel better with a bit of compression, but it didn't seem to help. It felt more cumbersome to wear than a regular back brace. It took a few tries to blow air into the brace which felt like an added chore when you can just put on a regular back brace. Some of the air kept escaping as well, so that wasn't helpful. I will be using a regular brace from now on.

This belt has helped me in a big way. I have pain relief and can walk and even stand for long periods. Now I don't have to ware it most days at work. My pinched lower back pain has literally been getting better and better. I believe this belt has enabled my back to heal by reducing the pressure off my discs.
