Delivery was as scheduled. Good quality case and battery took a quick charge. Function buttons for charging the I-Phone very responsive.Good purchase at a reasonible price.

I bought this case because my father-in-law has a similar case... i loved it at first... but after a week i noticed some features not working right.Doest wirelessly charge unless using a Mag safe charger. Apple Car play tends to disconnect regularly.Case does protect phone completely, the top part of the case seems to feel to easy to slip and could lead to phone sliding off if not carefully grabbed.Otherwise, the case is amazing.

This product did good in the beginning and after charging my iPhone the charger stopped working so I had to start charging from the back and laying it on a charger. Not good if u want to be on your phone and charge the battery and use the phone.

Ignore the reviews, they are for the wrong itemBattery case worked for one charge and then completely died, was plugged in to charge overnight and still did not charge at all.

The unit seems to work as a battery charger but many aspects of use are unclear. The user manual is incomplete and what is included is somewhat incoherent. The section titled “Warm Tips” is actually about installing. You are warned not to; collide with product (handy info), dismount product (presumably after you mounted?), place into fire or water against explosion. Halfway through the user manual, you are encouraged to read the user manual (by then I was hooked anyway). What they don’t say is if the unit and phone can be wirelessly together. My attempts to wirelessly charge the unit or unit and phone together do not seem to work. It appears they must be separated and charged independently.Follow up: After one cycle, the battery will no longer accept a charge using any means. Back it goes
