Great Bed
The bed appears to be very Sturdy. Had a little problem with the assembly, but thanks to their great customer service, I was able to resolve the problem, and everything works great.

Best hospital bed for my father
I bought this bed for my elderly father to provide comfort, and easy sleeping accommodations for him. The bed was very easy to put together, as I did it on my own within a short time period. The parts weren’t too heavy for my either which was a relief. The remote which controls the beds movements was very easy to use. My father figured it out in no time. The comfort level of this particular hospital bed is incredible. I’m very happy with my purchase and even happier with how easy and how comfortable it has made my father

Engineer needed to figure out set up
The way it's packed, I needed my son, an engineer to help set it up. Directions were useless. There were pieces already mounted (in the wrong places) on the bed, such as the motor and rails. Otherwise, the bed itself is good. Rails are short, and my invalid mom ended up on the floor the second night. So I ordered different rails to put on it. If you are planning on raising and lowering the bed, then don't put the pins in the legs. The pins are more for preventing a mentally diminished invalid from accidentally raising the bed. I just keep the control out of her reach, as I need to raise it to dress/undress her in bed, and then lower it to get her out of bed ( and for safety, in case she falls out at night). The head and leg controls are pretty quiet. The bed raising and lowering is a little bit noisy. Mattress is nice and thick, but we also added a rotating air mattress to prevent bed sores because she can't move around much by herself. Overall, it's a great bed for the price, but good luck figuring out the instructions.

Good Bed
Bed looks to be good quality. Assembly instructions have obviously been interpreted from another language to English and lacking significant information. Pictures that must be used to interpret instructions are very small. I used my phone to enlarge them to be of use. FYI

Durectiins
The bed came in with all the parts and the delivery was on time but the directions were confusing. Messaged the merchant and they had a technician call me and explained everything to me over the phone very good experience

Received damaged
I bought this bed and unfortunately it arrived damaged. The headboard was broken when I opened the package. Customer service was also very disappointing—they didn’t respond in a timely manner, and it took 25 days just to complete the return process. The bed itself looks okay, but it’s not very comfortable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience with the damaged product and poor customer service

Acceptable Product, but Major Issues With Delivery, Assembly, and Support
Review: Acceptable Product, but Major Issues With Delivery, Assembly, and Support The hospital bed itself appears to be acceptable once fully assembled and in use. However, the overall setup experience and customer servicewas very disappointing. When the delivery arrived, multiple packages were damaged, with the ends of the cardboard boxes ripped open. This raised immediate concerns about handling during shipping. The assembly instructions were extremely difficult to understand. The directions were unclear and poorly organized, making the setup process frustrating and far more time-consuming than it should have been. Several parts were broken upon opening the packages. While we were eventually able to work around these issues, broken components should never arrive with a medical product. Customer service was also unacceptable. The only support option available was an online chat with the manufacturer, who told me they could not help and that I needed to contact the seller. Since the bed was purchased through Amazon, Amazon then directed me back to the manufacturer’s website, leaving me stuck between the two with no real assistance. We did eventually get the bed put together, but only because my brother was able to figure it out on his own. For someone without that level of problem-solving ability—or for a caregiver already under stress—this process could be extremely stressful. In summary, while the bed itself seems to function as intended, the damaged packaging, broken parts, confusing instructions, and lack of customer support make this a difficult product to recommend.

TERRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS
The directions on how to put the bed together are TERRIBLE. The reason I say this is because the motor portion is confusing. Yes you need to remove the motor, and attach it where there are two welded brackets, making the motor now parallel with the bed towards the middle. The motor fits over the top of these brackets, by removing two tiny screws and plates on the motor. The guides inside the motor have a be retracted out of the way. Next hook in the rods to the motor and ends of the bed. Also don’t put the pins and clamps on the legs, if you want to raise and lower the bed- because these lock it. The bed came with a cracked headboard and motor housing, I contacted the seller and they are making everything right. They were very prompt in getting back to me, I am happy with my purchase, just needs better instructions or a video showing the steps.
