I got this as a starter kit when ilearned about felt needling just recently. I was surprised to find out how expensive some of the items are when purchased alone and that this kit has so many of them for the price. You get a great amount of so many colors of will, scissors, needles with all different bands, finger guards, so many things to list. It's a perfect way to start out in the craft and had so far given me and my child multiple hours of fun together time! Everything you need to get started, make many different items of your choosing and create fun and cute gifts or decor. Highly recommend!

I purchased these to start needle felting for a baby mobile I was gifting two friends. This pack was easy, came with a ton of great supplies (for beginners) and ended up helping me get moving.The finger protectors and the beginner needles were of good quality.I will say the colors weren’t perfect, but they are perfect for beginners. It’s a wide selection of colors and the colors don’t bleed or fade.I do wish they had a variety of needle styles, but I was able to find these on Etsy (check out the store CatAtRoof! I got amazing needles from her! And it’s a small business!)One thing to note is the only downside was the foam block. It started to wear in under 2 weeks. It became soft and less usable super quickly!All in all, a great value and definitely worth it for beginners!

I was originally worried this wouldn't be enough material for my projects but now 3 felted crowns in, this is more than worth the price and a perfect beginner kit. Cannot recommend this product enough!!

I enjoy this kit it has all the things to get started, as well as a booklet describing what everything is.However the amounts of each wool color you get is rather small, which makes sense as you get a lot of colors but isn’t useful for bigger project as the amount is small.

Comes with so much wool and needles!!! Lots of stuff you’ll need for a beginner!! So many colors and stencils.. would definitely recommend 👍

I have wanted to do needle felting since I first saw it in a family owned craft store back in the mid 1980's. But even then, it was just too expensive to buy each item (the various tools, wool, etc.) individually.I came across this magnificent COMPLETE needle felting kit and bought it on sale.I have not started using it yet because I have other Christmas gifts to finish making first. However, I do take out all of the contents to thoroughly inspect them. Everything is flawless. As an artist, quilter, and designer, I am super persnickety about quality as my father and mentor had taught me from an early age.I have already used the pliers several times for various other projects. They have exceptional grip and a sharp wire cutter.I am astounded with the quality of everything, the organization of materials, the huge supply of different size needles, and even the quality of the plastic box which holds all the needle felting tools.The colors of the wool felt are gorgeous.I am very delighted with this starter kit. It is really exceptional as well as affordable. My thanks to the creator of the kit and to the seller!

1. I got everything pictured in this product page. HOWEVER, the kit comes with a booklet talks about several smaller items that I did not find (tack push pins, round brooch, pipe cleaners, curl clip, metal clip, hair rope, key rings, key ring clasps, and brooch). I didn't mind that these were not there because I got everything shown in this product page--so I didn't expect it. Again, THESE WERE NOT SHOWN ON THE PRODUCT PAGE SO I DIDN'T EXPECT IT... and therefore I didn't find it a bother.2. The booklet comes with a short process on how to start wool felting--if you need more visuals and need more instruction, you might want to search for some videos online.3. A lot of needles come with it. Some people have said they have broken it... but from what I know felting needles are very delicate and you need to work with that in mind!4. The wool comes in small baggies--about 2 inches long, an inch and a half wide. Each small bag has enough to make a full character head. Unfortunately, there is only one color for each...so be aware! :) I didn't mind much as I am just starting and trying small things before I do something big.5. I can't make a comment on the wool itself, but it's soft enough for me and pliant. It's easy to separate. It does get a little fuzzy once you've formed it--but I just contribute that to my inexperience.Overall, I am enjoying this kit. I am a beginner and purchased this to make small gifts for friends and family. In anyway, this is good for small projects rather than big ones! Probably good for detailing jobs too!

There's a lot of good tools in here to get started with felting. The tools are good enough to get started with. The finger covers are lacking though. The seam is large enough for the felting needles to stab into, so there have been several instances of stabbing ourselves through the seam in the finger covers. The felt included is in very small amounts. You're going to be making very small items, but it's enough to know if you're going to have the patience to do felting. All the tools are usable and good enough to start with for quite a while. There's nothing here you'll use long term if you really get deep into felting, but this kit will let you know if it's something you or your kids are interested in doing.

As a small business I've been wanting to expand what I offer to clients for quite some time. Felting has been at the top of my list for the last year and a half. I was originally going to buy just a felting needle and some wool felt but decided that I should probably buy a kit that has the basics.If you're a beginner this kit is absolutely worth the price. You get a TON of supplies including felt shape templates like clouds, hearts, flowers, some animals, etc. You also get a lot of felting needles which saves me the extra hassle of ordering more online. The amount of wool you get looks like a lot less when it's in the bag. I also thought "there's barely enough to make two felt balls" but once you remove it from the bag you realize there's way more than you initially thought.I love using the mini pliers and the small scissors that are included and within half an hour of opening the box I made a felt ball and a felt star.Now the cons of this kit. There's going to be some things in here that you probably won't use if you're just buying it to make shapes and felt balls but with that being said there's far more in here that you'll use than you wont.

Very happy with this. The stencils were a good surprise too. Thought they would just be a plastic, but these were really designed for needle felters

I bought two of these because i needed the product as a gift the delivery person didn't leave my 1st order they didn't read the delivery instructions anyway I received 2 of them and liked what I saw so I kept one for me and the other for a gift.I love what I saw inside.
