The product does fit a majority of my windshield and blocks the sun great. The product does come in a small case and its a bit girthy and doesn't want to be protected. To shrink the girth of the product it comes with a black Velcro lanyard which helps shrinks it, but the girth is to great for the casing.

Review is for a 2012 E Class Mercedes. I used to have another sun visor that reflected the heat very well, so I feel I am able to critique this one. Deploying this is awkward to say the least. If you have anything installed on the windshield, like a car camera, or phone mount, it just does not work. It is too awkward to try and slip it over or under the contraption and the "umbrella" rods slip out easily from the material. I had to remove my camera to make it work and cover the windshield tightly. After 4 hours in the Texas sun with outside temps around 86F, I got in the car and instantly flinched when I touched the steering wheel. It was scorching hot as without the shade. The cabin was also hot as usual. Removing the shade was equally awkward because it does not collapse nicely like an umbrella. It becomes a mangled mess, and again the rods slip out easily. Having a short lunch, I ended up tossing the mess on the passenger floor to deal with it later. Needless to say, I will be returning it once I can sort it out and put it back in the original form... 🙄 UPDATE: I was never able to put it back into its original collapsed form and after a coworker tried to help me, we ended up shoving it into the sheath haphazardly, because it just would not behave. It was like a whack-a-mole, when we folded one section properly, the next one fell apart... frustrating. We had many laughs, but that was really the only positive thing about this product.

So easy to use! Works well. Fits SUV window and great coverage. Folds up Ike an umbrella and is easy to storage in the car.

This folds up compact jus like an umbrella and is quick and easy to open. It covers my window nicely, but is a little too big for my window. The sides hang off the edges and leaves a gap. It does seem to keep my car cooler.

Doesn't fit like you said it should to hard to fit around mirror Velcro straps too short to mount behind the mirror very difficult to get around and fit into the car.The way it should for a Tiburon.Two thousand and six excited should fit and it does not fit the right way at all very disappoinhe's ready to use the old bible as a trigger object

It did not hold up long, when it worked it was nice.

So, the idea of a little umbrella to open up as a sunshade was in my opinion a great idea. However, this wasn't what I had in mind. The actually umbrella action is very basic. I thought it would be like a regular folding umbrella where you can just hit the button and it opens up. But rather, you hit the button and have to slide it open until it clicks, and when it's time to put it away you click the button to unlatch it and then pull the umbrella shut. I guess I was expecting some spring action. The fit was not good at all. Amazon told me that it would fit my vehicle, but it was a little too big. So it doesn't look flat like the pictures in the product description. That's actually not that much of a problem because there was still a way to lodge it in there and use the vehicle's sun visors to keep it in place, but it looks ugly. And then, the umbrella spires started to jam and a few of them are broken. Also, the material separated from a few of the spires too and there's no real way to reattach them. So, this umbrella sun shade still works, but at this point it's pretty ugly. Luckily, my vehicle is kinda ugly too so maybe they're a match. But I would not buy this again. Not sure if I would even try buying a similar product. That's how unimpressed I am by this one.

These umbrella sun shades for vehicles are great for keeping your vehicle cool and for protecting your vehicle from harmful sun rays. They are a breeze to open and easy to install. This fit my vehicle perfectly. I would definitely recommend to everyone to get one of these, especially if you live in the south where it gets so very hot.

I needed this shade for my TUV 300. It works just fine and keeps the front temperature low.

Not worthy, easily tearble, the rod is detaching each time from its cloth and not a good quality product

It is a addition to the cat accessories that I have to carry in it. But worth. As I have to often park in the sun inevitable, this saves the dashboard and the car. Inwould recommend for all..
