Working great for my 2 dogs no more yellow spots and dead grass. They love the taste of the treats and no issues with upset tummy.

We recently moved into a brand new house with fresh sod laid down. when we moved, our two dogs were causing burn spots on the grass. after looking at many products i decided that this was our best bet. it took around 2 WEEKS TO START WORKING but once it did, no new burn marks started developing. I would highly recommend following the instructions printed on the tub that says to SLOWLY INTRODUCE THEM TO YOUR DOG'S DIET. a full dose all at once may upset their stomachs. when we first gave them the stay green bites we monitored their behaviors and checked their poop to make sure it wasn't making them sick (gross, i know). i would suggest anyone trying these for the first time to follow suit. i rather have a sad looking lawn than sick dogs and im sure many other pet owners would agree. A controversial topic i've seen throughout the reviews mention the use of Yucca extract. when i visited Zesty Paw's website it breaks down all their ingredients they use across all their products and Yucca Schidigera Extract is one of them. the difference between Yucca Schidigera and Yucca, is the way Schidigera extract is made and processed which IS NOT TOXIC TO DOGS. This product will only work if you are following the directions of giving your dog the correct dosage and being consistent. I found what works best personally for me was to plop it into their bowls for breakfast and dinner (2x a day) verses randomly as a treat. I know this review was lengthy but i highly recommend this product to anyone who's trying to save their lawn from looking sad and spotty. overall i am happy with these and my dogs seem to think it's a treat. so it's a win-win in my house.

My dog readily accepts these. They do seem to help with preventing urine scalding on the grass, but not completely.

We’ve been using these treat since last July. Our was a mess for a few reasons, but the dogs “business” was a huge reason I had such a hard time getting it healthy- despite all the weed and feed and reseeding! Saw smaller changes over the summer, but the lawn typically dries out late August-October so it was hard to really see significant improvement. Well- it’s spring and the proof is in the pictures! Our grass always had dead spots or bare spots in the spring from the dog. Yellow and just gross. No yellow and no dead spots this year! Just need to fix up the areas that get shade all summer from the maple tree and keep working on patching the space in front of the patio! Definitely worth a try!

Hello - Just a warning if you use this project, keep it far, far out of reach of your dogs. I had an auto delivery that I didn't know had been delivered and thrown inside my door. My 4 year old GS found and ate the whole tub, and nearly died from Methionine poisoning. And keep in mind - it's not like it is a huge tub. About 8 hours after he ate it, he woke me up in the night with nearly complete paralysis of all 4 limbs, eyes, face, throat, every muscle in his body, confusion - all the classic and severe symptoms. My vet couldn't figure it out - sent me to an emergency neurological hospital 2 hours away. Samson spent 2 days there, and with it being out of town, I stayed there. $4,000 later, he's back home and beyond the initial 72 hours that Zesty paws indicated would be critical, but is still displaying neurological symptoms. Both my vets and the emergency vets are surprised he's even alive. My vets and I were in communication with the company and they confirmed the toxic ingredient was Methionine and that was what caused this. Yes - my fault that he was able to get to the tub - but I would have never given it to my dogs had I known the ingredients were so lethal to begin with! Please, please, please - if you give your dogs this product, keep it far far out of their reach so you don't end up like me!

I have a Golden Retriever that's under a year, so he's getting 2 chews a day. When I first got them I didn't think they were really working, so we stopped giving them to him daily after about 1/2 way through the container. Well I noticed my brown spots got significantly worse after we did this so we're back to giving these to him daily. While I can't say this product works great, I will say I think it does help reduce the spots a bit so it's worth it for now.

This product has completely eliminated lawn burn in the yard. In fact, the yard seems to come in greener where the pups tinkle. It also seems to help the pups with processing their food. Their poos are more consistent in texture when they are taking their Stay Green Bites. No upset tummies! The bites have no off putting odor, however there are times when the pups refuse to take them as a treat. The senior pup won't take her joint chews and the Stay Green bites in the same meal. There must be a strong flavor that doesn't combine well with the joint chews. No biggie, we do the Stay Green in the AM and the joint chews in the PM. I just crumble them over their food and they gobble them up just fine. Dogs are an 85lb pointer/hound mutt and a 55lb english setter/great pyrenees mutt. They both get 1 bite daily with breakfast and it works to keep our lawn lush.

Firstly, I checked with our primary care vet on the ingredients and she gave the OK, but check with your vet to see if it's right for your pet. This worked wonders for us! My lawn has been a labor of love and it was constant extra work to dig up dead spots and re-plant grass seed. These supplements turned it right around! If we would lapse on the order and go a few days without them the urine would kill the grass again, so consistency is what worked for us. Male retriever and female shepherd X, they each had one chew with their morning meal and one chew with their evening meal. My only gripe is that sometimes when I would order Amazon would send the wrong kind of chew, just something with the same brand. I had to return it and get the correct one several times.

Didn't fix the problem that it was made for. My dog still leaves just as many dead lawn pee spots as she did before taking this regularly.

I used this product last year and it was well worth the purchase, if you care about having an attractive lawn. I have two small dogs and have tried other products. I crumble a piece into their bowls with kibble and it's gobbled up no problem, no digestive issues, and no dead grass.
