Ronhill Vizion LED Running Apparel - Glow Red, One Size

Very impressed! Don't waste time with cheap versions. This is amazing! Tiny and unobtrusive but I reckon you could see it from space! (Joking, but SERIOUSLY BRIGHT!)

This small unit works very well for night running. It fits snuggly into the back of compatible Ron Hill Vision jackets. You get a choice of fast & slow flashes, on and off. The only downsides are that it is hard to turn on when the jacket is on your body and zipped up and I do not think the battery will be easy to change and the battery unit looks very fragile!

The unit is simple to fit if you have the right clothing. Remove the rubber lug from the jacket (push out form inside) and then replace that lug with the lamp. When unpacked the unit did not work at all. Then I noticed the faintest of glows form the LED. I left it for a bit and later it seemed to work OK. As I'm an optimist I concluded the original problem was a glitch. I used it that night on a run and when I got back (after 30 mins) it was not working - it had gone off and pressing the button did not make it work. The next day it was working again. I contacted the seller (Hike, Bike & Ride) who offered a replacement if I sent it back. As it was such a low value item I asked them to simply send out a new one, but unfortunately they were not prepared to do that. They did subsequently offer a freepost label. I've given it 3 stars on the basis that I was probably just unlucky and it is a great design.

Doesn't actually work as it does not keep flashing when running. Very disappointed

I bought two of these. One of them is nice and bright. The other is dull. Its not the battery either

Great light only fits Ron Hill Vizion jackets, seems bright enough and has 3 settings- fast flash slow flash or steady. Can be easily turned up whilst jacket on. Not needed to change battery but looks like it would be straight forward and the red rubber cover seems to be waterproof. Arrived on time as expected

Great idea & the light is barely noticeable when fitted to the compatible Ronhill jacket as it's very light in construction. The brightness is bang on and makes you feel much safer / more visible on badly lit streets.

be warned, to switch it on you have to press and hold for 4 seconds. There are 4 different settings ie on, off, slow flashing or fast flashing. To switch off, just press and hold for 4 seconds again. It fits inside the high vis running vest. Wisdens had fantastic customer service.
