Worth every penny for the good stuff. I also really like that they included the rubber bumpers and all the end caps. I ran out of end caps because my bike has external frame routing but it wasn’t a big issue. This kit feels super premium

Enough cable and tubing to change cables and afterwards have leftovers. There was enough to change both derailleur cables on my old MTB and have left over cable and tubing. The cables fit my Sram Gripshifts perfectly. No problems at all. It included all the ferrules that I needed. Even though the included rear derailleur tube was too short I had enough tubing to do the job. I got the organic green which is not as bright as I thought it would be but it is fairly bright. There are no instructions so if you aren't familiar with bike cables check YouTube for how to vids.

High quality. My go-to when rebuilding / re-cabling my bikes. Most of my bikes are budget builds so this seems relatively pricey, but it’s worth it, for the most part, to remove a potential point of failure when diagnosing the bike.

I raced mountain bikes in the early 2000s. I used to be the guy my buddies used to come to to do repairs. I have built many bikes. I recently got back into it and my old Trek 970 had a frayed front derailleur cable. I looked at the reviews and bought this kit. My goodness are you all spoiled! This kit has every aspect of the cabling covered. It really is well thought out. If you follow the directions and use the correct ferrules, it will be the smoothest install and the smoothest shifting bike you ever owned. I never considered cabling to have much room for improvement. I'm in awe. Great job Jagwire!

Note to Jagwire: please tell us what the difference is between "lined", "sealed" and "hooded" end caps. The directions give little detail. During replacement, I unknowingly installed one "sealed" endcap where it should have been a "lined" ... or was it a "hooded" ... I dunno. Had to take some parts off and re-install. Aside from that, the set looks good and performs amazingly. The ol' FSR shifts maybe better than new. Would not put anything else on now. Tip for replacement: The three different end caps differ in appearance only by the length of the tube-like protrusion on the end. The ones with no protrusion (IIRC) moved on the cable with almost no drag. The other two types, with short protrusions had some moderate drag on the cable. Count the different types and try to match them up with the parts list. Caps that have some sealing are better down low and when facing forward ... helps keep the dirt out.

Great cable kit, lasts forever and keeps my shifts and dropper post running smooth and consistent. I was skeptical about paying extra for cables and housing, but I am a convert. Since switching to Jagwire Pro, I change my cable housings and cables far less, and my bike seems to stay in tune far longer. The kit comes with everything I needed to setup my bike, and comes in a great selection of colors. Pros: Long life Colors Cons: Price

What can I say...best components and everything you need to do a professional quality installation (and more; I always end up with a few spare bits). Cables must be pre-stretched because I never have to fine tune after riding a few hundred kms. Cable housings are highest quality and allow cables to run super-smoothly. For the most precise and most crisp shifting Jagwire is the one. My other bike is externally routed and I used the Jagwire Road Elite Sealed brake and shift kits...amazing and impervious to EVERYTHING ! Highly recommend this great product !

Es un kit de fundas y cables de cambio para bicicletas con desviador delantero y cambio trasero de una marca reconocida como es Jagwire. Es válido para bicicletas de carretera y para bicis de montaña y es compatible tanto con Shimano como con Sram. El kit destaca en mi opinión por la elevada calidad de sus cables y fundas que una vez instalados consiguen un funcionamiento suave y preciso. En el momento en que escribo esta reseña la descripción del producto es algo escasa, así que comento su contenido. El kit incluye: 1 cable de cambio delantero de 2.300 mm, 1 cable de cambio trasero de 2.800 mm, 1 funda para cables de 3.200 mm, 1 segmento de funda flexible de 240 mm (para su uso con cambio trasero de carretera tipo Shimano Shadow como por ejemplo un Ultegra RD-R8000) y una multitud de piezas pequeñas (tapas, terminales, protectores...) que en total suman 20 unidades. Los cables incluidos (modelo PRO) son de acero inoxidable pulido (para una menor fricción), su superficie es lisa y están preestirados (tras 2 meses de uso no he necesitado volver a ajustar los cambios, así que supongo que se debe a que están preestirados), además se identifican fácilmente porque tienen un característico color dorado. La primera impresión al verlos es que se trata de un producto de calidad y esto se confirma tras utilizarlos. Por otra parte, las fundas también son de buena calidad y tienen un revestimiento interior que ayuda a que los cables se deslicen mejor consiguiendo un buen funcionamiento. Su instalación es fácil gracias a unas prácticas instrucciones (con imagenes) que permiten saber donde se utiliza cada pieza y para que sirve. En cuanto al resultado, comentar que he notado una mejora en el funcionamiento de los cambios, ahora puedo cambiar entre coronas o de plato de una manera más suave haciendo con esto que el funcionamiento general de la bici sea mejor.
