Product described as “hammered”.  what is “hammered” and how is it beneficial?  how is it better or different than non-hammered roller?  thx

Sorry for the slow response. "Hammered" deals with the color of the roller. Has nothing to do with the functionality or quality of the roller. I did purchase that unit a few months ago after using the contractor's roller that he has had for many years of constant abuse by his employee's. I was impressed how well it held up. Quality and American made. Buy it and you will really like it.

Where can I get spare clamps that hold the roller to the frame? The clamps broke and now the roller won't stay on the frame

Does this roller works well on Bermuda grass?

I haven’t used it on grass yet. I’m in the process of tilling, raking, and rolling the dirt. It does very well, you can adjust the amount of weight you want to roll with by adding or subtracting water from the drum.

Do they have a version with spikes on it for core aeration?

Hello R Nashville.  Thank you for the question.  We do not make a roller that plug aerates, but there are some available online.  All are made of steel, and some are much better than others, but also fairly expensive.  Brinly offers excellent Plug Aerators and Rollers - but separately.  Here is a link to our aerator pages.
