This Workbook is perfect for Homeschooling! I am using it with my granddaughter who is in fourth grade. We were looking for a curriculum style workbook that included all the basics (the alphabet, numbers, colors, etc.) but also incorporated grammar lessons and pronunciation guides. This book covers it all! We meet once a week to introduce the new topic then she does the worksheet pages during the week. She is learning so much! And she says it is fun, too! Thank you so much for this amazing workbook! I hope you'll also create a similar workbook in German!

I am french and my 10 year old neighbor was very interested on learning a bit of french on her own since my toddlers start to talk a bit. This is a very good book for her. I help her with instructions and ready the words out loud for her. I think this book is well made for 10+ year old but not younger as there are instructions to read and the kid needs to learn the vocabulary

Being a French teacher and tutor, I’m often looking for great workbooks for my beginning students that I tutor. I found this workbook to contain just the right amount of detail, lessons and content and fun coloring based activities. Introduces numbers, letters, colors, And basic vocabulary that you would expect when you are first learning the language primary/elementary school. I found it keeps my little ones delighted and engaged. It even has several activities per concept to reinforce the vocabulary / lessons.

I am absolutely delighted with both the Spanish & French Workbook from Modern Kid Press! As a World Language teacher at a school for grades Pre-K - 8th grade (age 4 - 14 years), I was thrilled when my school re-introduced the WL program for the 2023-2024 school year. I meet with each class once/week and cover the "basics" appropriate for each grade level - Greetings, Polite Words, Numbers, Colors, Family, Food, and Clothing. From September-December, we studied Spanish; January - March = Italian; and April - June = French. I reference the workbook for every lesson and highly recommend it to anyone looking for introductory language learning.

This is a just what I was looking for in a beginner book. It has all of the beginner vocabulary as well as sentences so that you can start making sentences early. This book is great, it really helped me memorize from the beginning. It’s also a great reference for you to go back to when you forget a word that you may now use ever day.

My 9 year old loves this book. Her sister got the spanish one while she had a different brand and she liked her sisters style and layout way better so when it was time, she picked this version up instead and likes it much better.

I've purchased this book to use for my academic support/intervention business with my kindergarten students who are in a French program at their school. I think it will be perfect to help them with vocabulary and basics. However, like some reviews mentioned, there are some mistakes. Since my group of students is small, I will just fix them with white out and a marker here at home. A few of the mistakes are with the gender of the noun and a few are spelling errors. It would be great if a native speaker/someone with mastery of the French language could take a look over the book and a new edition would come out so teachers did not have to fix those mistakes by hand.
