Dandelion leaves tea is a great way to cleanse the blood and promote better health. I drink this daily, sometimes twice daily. It is a bit bitter, this helps clean the blood, but it is mild and tolerable.

It tastes really bad you have to drowned it out with honey
This stuff tastes really gross. I still use it because it has antioxidants in it. But it's really gross. I also drink oregano tea and a lot of other tea's
