Some great cards, some not well translated into English
As a therapist, I am always on the lookout for items such as this for my clients. There are some lovely sayings, but the Finnish sayings are sometimes awkwardly translated. Some of the encouragements are a bit trite, but there are some that are excellent and truly going to be helpful. What I'm going to do with them is alternate them in my office using acrylic frames like this one. I had already purchased the frames for my own encouraging inserts, and these will make a great addition. I can put a new one (or two) out every week .

Lots of breathing prompts
I'm feeling stressed from the end of the school year and I selected a teacher in-service workshop on breathing. We used a monitor and an app to check our breathing rate, and it's crazy how when you slow down your breathing you feel relaxed.This set of self care cards uses breathing as a basis for reducing stress. In addition, being mindful is so helpful for eliminating the negative talk in my head.Nice set of self care cards to use by yourself and within a group.

Pretty good!
I love the idea of mindfulness. This is great when you feel out of sorts. There are some spelling/grammatical errors but nothing I didn’t understand. This is nice to have on hand for when you need mindful reminder!

Great reminders!
These cards are nicely designed, the paper is thick, and there are no typos that I have found. I like that they are small and you can hang them above your desk or keep them in your backpack for a reminder when you need it. I also like that they are all different and have different messages on them. Highly recommend, especially if you work with students!

Lovely
I keep these next to my bed for those nights when the anxiety sets in but I don’t really know why. They are aesthetically pleasing of course but also very helpful. I’ve enjoyed them very much 🖤

Very uplifting
I like that i can select a card for the day and have it uplift me with it’s message for the day. I was looking for a daily inspiration and these cards are it, not just for me but my whole family is using this as well. The cards are sturdy and have auch a pretty apleaming design. I am glad i got these.

These Sunny Present "When You Feel Bad" cards are a gentle reminder of self-love. A positive affirmation on the front with a short calming exercise on the back like breath, touch, or visualization. This would make a great gift for you or anyone you care about. Colorful and easy to read. A bit thicker than playing cards.

Some very helpful and positive guides but the card titles are wordy and not that great
This set of mindfulness cards are presented in cardboard box as a deck of cards (larger than playing cards). On the one side is a mantra or title, and on the other is a mindfulness exercise. I think these cards have value, but there is a little lost in translation: The mantras/titles are not very brief and can be somewhat off-putting sometimes. Any exercise in mindfulness is worth trying and this set of cards provide many. They are worth a go but I have seen better sets of mindfulness cards.

Many people will find this helpful
Faced with a box like this, some people will roll their eyes and move on - and others will jump at it. For its genre, however, I think these are pretty good. They inspire activity/change in behaviour and they're not twee statements of (often) the blindingly obvious, a problem which besets so many products like this. So for people who respond to this kind of intervention, I think this is a pretty good example and would recommend them.

Comforting mindfulness cards
I love these cards - good price, beautiful designs, and lovely words.They come packed in a nice floral box. There is a note from the author of the cards and explanation of how to use. The deck has 44 cards inside - they are double sided with an affirmation on one side, and then a “gentle exercise” on the other side.It is a really nice way to practice mindfulness. I think the designs on the card are also quite soothing. They are very stylish designs even down to the font type.

Absolutely wonderful.. I was amazed when I went through the cards. So professionally put together. These mindfulness cards take a different approach to other mindfulness cards through feeling and understanding those emotions that we find uncomfortable.These cards are designed to help deal with those difficult emotions and start the healing processBy managing stress, anxiety, and feelings of depression, and so to increase feelings of calm, clarity, and well-being.There are 2 extra cards: Ladder of Self-compassion - 5 steps to healing a bad feeling and reference list of difficult emotions.Good for those who struggle with managing their emotions and can be used as a self-help tool for practising mindfulness and positive thinking on your own.Clearly written by a proffessional with a lot of experience. As a therapist myself - in my opinion these cards are exceptional and we can all learn from them. There's something for everyone in the pack.I can confidently recommend this set.
