My husband has always said that his favorite pasta is Campanella, but I could never find it in stores. For Christmas I ordered him four boxes and made a bolognese / Campanella gift box that he loved. I thought these rolled noodles would be hard to cook through, but it worked s really soft, tender, and delicious in a few minutes.

This is a unique pasta and fills up with the sauce in any pasta dish you make. Wonderful.

The pasta was just what I needed to complete my favorite dish. Couldn’t find it no where in the local stores.
