Great hydration solution for short to mid distance runs. I have always hated carrying anything in my hands while running and have always opted for hydration belts or vests, but this little bottle is incredible! It’s super lightweight and feels like you’re carrying nothing at all. The “bottle” itself is designed more like a mini hydration bladder so it compresses as you empty it making it feel like nothing in your hand. The bite valve is also great because you don’t have to lift the bottle up high to drink. Really great for taking small, frequent sips.Literally the only drawback (but not even really) is it’s sooo light that it’s hard to tell how much water is left in it.I was initially put off by the price, but my goodness this bottle is worth it! Bought this for my husband's short runs (under 10k). He took it for a run but came back within 5 minutes. He said it didn't fit his hand (he has smallish hands) and the velcro couldn't be adjusted small enough. It also bounced around too much. So unfortunately I had to return it.

One of the BEST buys I’ve made for running. I love this bottle. The strap makes it impossible to drop or slip off your hand and the nozzle is the BEST I’ve had in any water bottle, ever! I don’t drink much on my long runs but I know fueling is necessary and this bottle works perfectly. Not too big and not too small-I don’t like running with water packs. The bottle collapses as you drink it, which is a nice feature and the fact that it’s not made of a hard shell casing makes it very comfy in your hand as you run. So glad I researched more before buying just any old water bottle-lucky to have landed upon this gem!

I love the Nathan water bottles. This one holds slightly more water than my other 2 so it's a bit heavier than I am used to. I love the non-slosh feature of these bottles. Great product.

I really like this water bottle for running. It's comfortable in the hand and easy to grip the bottle to hold it secure. The bladder that holds the water is super soft and flexible. When I fill it and then put the lid on, I suck out any excess air in the bladder. Then as I drink the water, the bladder collapses keeping air out. This keeps the water inside from sloshing around which makes holding it much more comfortable. The nipple is easy to drink out of while running so no need to stop and drink. It holds a great amount of water for my medium distance runs (8-12 miles). I do wear a water backpack for longer runs (12-20 miles) because I find 18oz isn't enough water for me.
