المنتج به مشكلة توقف عن التبىيد بعد شهرين وقام الوكيل بالاصلاح حيث تبين ان الغاز متسرب من الوحدة الخارجية نتيجة عيب في التصنيع. وبعد اقل من شهر من الاصلاح لم يعد المكيف يبرد مرة اخرى

Disappointed with Performance
I bought the Nikai 1 Ton AC hoping for quick and efficient cooling, but it struggles in hot weather and takes too long to chill the room. The features sound good, but in reality, it doesn’t live up to expectations. I’m giving it 2 stars for basic functionality only.
