They do what they say on the box, lithium battery that’s superb for converting standard smoke alarm to 2 year versions, I’ve used these before, so can attest that lithium gives 2-3 years life without sudden failure without warning. Much more environmentally friendly than seal lithium smoke alarms, just remember to test the alarm at the recommended frequency, as the alarm may fail before the battery!
