Just a complete waste of money, does not work on any level. How dare they even sell it, sole marketing strategy is peoples apathy to just get frustrated and not both as the price point is low to send back and get a refund.Amazon should have much more of a input on these sellers selling useless products.

It doesn't allow you to plug 2 HDMI cables in at the same time. As soon as you plug in the second HDMI cable it cuts the signal, even if the 2nd appliance is powered off. So basically it's an extender HDMI dongel, which only works if one HDMI appliance is connected at a time.

This product does not work, I wish I had read the reviews first. Total waste of money!1 star is one too many.

This was bought to split the signal from a PS4 to two screens, one large TV and a small monitor, so the console would display on whichever was needed at the time without having to remove and replace hdmi leads. With the splitter plugged into the PS4 I then ran an HDMI cable from one of the outputs to the monitor and bingo, displayed perfect. However, once I plugged the second cable into the second output, the monitor picture went off, even before plugging the second hdmi cable into the TV. It cannot handle two cables at once nevermind two screens. DO NOT buy. But yourself a powered splitter.
