It really was an easy set up and it is comfortable, my only complaint is the seats padding, it is quite solid and not cushioned but I love the chair anyway.

Needed a practical & comfy home office chair and after checking out several others, this seemed to tick all my boxes. There were a few reviews that seemed to influence my decision initially, but I took the plunge and ordered this one, without the massage function. My husband built it up and I have to say it looks lovely and I find it incredibly comfortable. Height and recline function work perfectly and the chair is very sturdy. Worth the price paid and hopefully will last a good few years.

This chair is super comfortable BUT after less than 5 months the gas pedal to control the height has stopped working and it's now almost unusable. I have tried emailing the company several times and every time my email bounces back which is a little concerning - almost like they have published misleading email address on their website. Other than this issue the chair has been comfortable. Pretty annoyed at the prospect of having to spend a £100 on a new chair after less than 6 months

Very well made and very comfortable. Both seat level and back of chair are adjustable. It was also extremely easy to assemble. Absolutely recommended!

I don't normally do reviews, but felt I had to with this. Having purchased & used several chairs over the years, this has to be the worse chair I've ever purchased. Bought it 1st Feb last year, & it ended up in the shed/workshop by mid march, due to missing the return window by a few days. There is minimal cushion on the seat & back, that goes to zero cushion within a couple of days use, & you'll soon feel the fixings. The gimmick foot rest it totally useless you're 2 foot tall, & makes it uncomfortable when sitting as it hits the back of you legs. I had to remove it & used it as a knee pad in the garden. & funnily enough, that seemed more padded than the chair itself There is no tilt function, only recline, that feels like its about to tip over backwards when reclined ( The reviewers that say its comfortable must have given the review within minutes of putting it together, or been on a bed of nails prior to using this chair. ) The hole seat base/arms have a mind of their own, & lean/ tilt/ wobble all over the place, no matter how much its tightened. The arms will always be loose & lean outwards, as the have to recline with the seat, Within a few days us use, it started to creak whenever there was any movement, & got a lot worse over time,. To sum up, Cheap materials , zero quality , save your 80 quid, & look for something else, Unless you want to feel like you're on a ghost train ride at a fairground Also stay away from footrest/massaging gimmicks.

Great chair very comfy , works great. Looks great , defo worth the money , recliner is safe and sturdy , foot stool could be sturdier but it's OK, love the back support , the only complaint , you have to assemble every part of it and I mean all wheels , wheel arms , plate under chair the lot and instructions are not that clear , but I do love the chair and delivery was quick !

Quick delivery. Nice looking chair, easy to assemble but found the seat hard not at all comfortable needs more filling materials. I’ve had to put cushion on seat. It also creaks on movement. Pull out footrest could have been longer.
