Fitted ok matched the original in size but as soon as I went to lock the door it all broke so now have a patio door permanently locked and can’t open it because off poor quality metal gear that snaps / brakesNot very good at all

Good for what it is, fixed my door!
Yes, it doesn't feel as robust as my original gearbox which lasted 20 years, but this did the trick and fixed my door.I did an Internet search of videos on how to do this. A little fiddly but fine to fit. You do need to slide the slider to make sure it's the correct gear you are fitting as it comes with 3 gears. I put some general purpose grease on the inside where it would slide for some basic maintenance.Fitted it back to the door and all working well.Can't say how long it will latest as its only been a few days, but mine hasn't snapped yet
