I have used this product for about a month and it has worked great! I'm 46 and I don't sleep well. I didn't want to continue to use Trazodone 150 mg due to possible weight gain. I take 1 capsule with breakfast and another with dinner. So far this product has worked the best of any of the natural products I have tried for keeping blood sugar levels low. I definitely will be ordering this product again. UPDATE: I have been ordering this product for at least 6 months now, and the only problem I notice is that sometimes the company runs out of supplies! I can't blame them for that because when you have a good product, it seems like people somehow catch on very quickly. Otherwise, this product has been fantastic for helping me in many ways.

After about 3 weeks I started noticing some differences. I’m definitely not as bloated and it seems to be a highly effective hunger suppressant.The other day, I went and bought one of the little chicken sandwiches that are like a buck?
