Excellent computer, good speed, picture quality is very good, only small point is we are experiencing flicker, whic I am told could possibly be due to the Windows 11 operating system.

I have purchased the all in one PC to use in our office.The PC arrived quickly, in one box and has Windows 11 Pro pre-installed.After unpacking and simply connecting the power supply, mouse and keyboard, I turned on the PC.The PC powered up very quickly and asked me to type in a few details and password for my WiFi connection.The PC went through a few operations and then showed the normal Windows 11 Pro screen.As I am setting this PC up for different users to log in to use and connecting to other devices on our network, a few extra settings had to be made. This was straight forward and I then added MS Office, Dropbox and Firefox programs. Once this was done, I updated all of the software including the OS which took about 15 mins via the internet. It was that simple and everything worked.I purchased this particular all in one PC as:The 27" monitor is a great size to use and can be set up in landscape (normal) OR rotated 90 degrees to use Portrait, the latter being great for word documments. The monitor resolution is good and the image is much better than i thought it would be for an all in one PC.Being an all in one unit, there are less wires to connect, less boxes and this leaves lots of room on our desks.The PC is super quiet and i can hardly hear it at all.I have deliberately given the PC a lot of hard work multi tasking with big files to see if it would get hot but after 5 hours of continuous work, it was hardly even warm :)Only thing that i have not figured out yet is how to reduce the screen brightness.I would recomend this product for office and home use but i dont know how it would perform with gaming.I am so pleased with it that i have just ordered another one to add to the office network.

The flickering screen is incredibly annoying at its mildest and potentially harmful to eyes at its worst. The issue is likely rooted in the hardware, despite multiple attempts to address it through software solutions such as updating, uninstalling, or reinstalling the display adapter driver (from intel website), resetting Windows from the device/cloud, and exploring other potential software or driver-related causes — all of which have failed to resolve the problem. Given that numerous other reviews also mention flickering, I would not recommend this product.

I have this computer to be excellent to use and of the best quality. It lives up to all my expectation.Only complaint is that it was supplied with an UN-compatible key board for UK use, and I replaced it with one that worked OK at a extra cost.I still highly recommend it.

Great spec with little extras like being able to rotate the screen and move screen up and down but unfortunately the screen constantly flickers. Had a specialist look at it for me and he says it’s a fault with the machine as all the drivers are up to date and working fine. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this machine unfortunately.Delivery next day was a bonus though!

I must say I took a bit of a risk choosing to buy this PC as I hadn’t heard of the brand, but as I have bought other laptops from unknown brands and haven’t encountered any issues, I thought I would buy this, knowing that Amazon has a good customer service department. This PC arrived the day after I made the order, and it arrived in a huge Box which was well packaged and protected, within was another large really heavy box where the PC was snuggly secured, on lifting the monitor out I was thrilled at the size, and fully investigated the screen, what you should be aware is that this is and All in 1 PC, and most of the peripheral engine room is at the base of the monitor that is where you will find most of the usb ports and other connections, and most importantly the power connection. If you are sufficiently pc savvy this is a dream to set up, and I was pleased how fast I was up and running. I have had this PC for almost a week now, and the only thing I have bought was a Bluetooth keyboard as the wired one that came with it is US spec, which is not too much of a problem as there are some stick on tabs to amend the keyboard to UK spec, but I prefer a wireless keyboard as that is what I’m used to. The manual is very basic, but don’t worry if you need assistance there is a very good customer service. I would certainly recommend this PC at this price point.

It's amazing computer and how u can change way screen goes only prob I have is flickers at times n don't know how do warranty on it for 2 years definitely worth money

This was purchased to replace a similar PC that was broken by being knocked off the desk. It took me a while to set it how I wanted now it’s simple as my old one but much faster, it runs windows 11, the only downside is it comes with wired keyboard & mouse, but I just use my wireless keyboard and mouse. I would recommend it to any one who wants a larger screen than from a laptop, that’s why I went for it.
