Wash & Wax – One-Step Marine Cleaner & Wax Sealer - Cleans and Protects Boats, Cars, and RVs – 32 OZ (BE1032)

Worked extremely well on my boat! Left no residue!

I used the 2 bucket wash system, 1 for the cleaner and another to rinse the sponge off in, rinsing the sponge, after wiping the car/boat (whatever) with the cleaning solution. That way the cleaning solution stays CLEAN!! lol ;-)Anyways, while this smells GREAT! However I felt it was too weak for my VERY dirty car and I added 3 extra capfuls to make it double strength and after I did that it worked much better at cleaning.If your vehicle/boat is regularly cleaned the basic amount might ne just fine but for a REALLY dirty vehicle you really need the cleaning solution to be stronger...imo I also liked the one step wash and wax feature.All in all I would buy this again.

This is an easy to apply product and other reviewers have said they use it on cars as well, although we have not.This removes bugs and grunge that appear on surfaces.I only rated this as a 4 star, as about 1/3 of the product was spilled in shipping. The accompanying product delivered the same day did not have this issue, so it seems a better cap design and stronger bottle seal should be used.RecommendedJohn J. Hogan

All In one products are rarely what they claim to be. This comes close. While this will never replace a true wax job, using it as directed removed surface dirt well. After rinsing with fresh water, I dried and lightly buffed the surface. The result was a light but pleasant shine. Useful for mid season onceovers.

When I wash my older cars, I usually have to wax them again, so it's nice to have this option of washing the car with a product that leaves a protective layer of wax as well. I tried it out today with several vehicles including a '66 Mustang and an '04 Audi TT, the older car simply having an enamel paint job and the newer one having factory paint and clear coat. The wash went smoothly for both vehicles and the shine looks great on both as well. The wash easily removes bugs and light grime including some small areas of pinesap. So, yes, it's made for boats, but works perfectly well on other vehicles as well. Some of the product was lost in shipping and a better cap design and bottle seal would be helpful, particularly in the summer when the product goes to well over 100°F in the back of the delivery van.

I am really liking Boater's EDGE products, and this is no exception. This one as well as their others has a very pleasant smell, not the typical chemy smell as other products. It really makes cleaning a bit more enjoyable. It only takes a very little in a bucket to produce a nice sudsy wash, no where near the amounts I've had to use with other products. Not only does it take a little of this, it seems to last longer, only needing one bucket to wash a very dirty/salty vehicle. (I use it on my cars too!!) I also like how it doesn't leave your skin feeling slimy after washing.I believe in keeping reviews short and to the point, not long drawn out articles. I do not use products that contain PTFE's (basically, Teflon), and I cannot find an answer whether the "polymers" in this formula of Boater's Edge contain those harmful chemicals.You definitely don't want to get Teflon-type mist in your lungs while applying something like this. And the runoff could pose harm to your yard (vegetable garden, children, pets, etc) if applied in your driveway. It's definitely not good for aquatic life.And, this formula does not seem as efficient as the 2-step process. I like the Boaters Edge Biodegradable wash formula, which does not pose the risks of Teflon-type chemicals, and a wax like old fashioned Meguiars.

I have become a big fan of Boater's Edge cleaning equipment for boats, and this product isn't an exception!The wash and wax does a great job of washing and waxing our boat's exterior.When applied as directed, this product works just as advertised. I'm really happy with the results it leaves us with. I've been a customer since last year and I will continue to be a customer for years to come. I am happy they continue to release new products.
