Does this replacement kit come with clock hands?

No, clock hands are NOT included. This minimalist kit is specially designed for replacing internal clock motors while reusing your original clock hands. It is compatible with standard hands featuring an 8mm center hole

How do I know if this 11mm shaft movement will fit my clock panel?

Please measure your clock face thickness before buying! This movement features a 5mm (0.2 in) thread length and is strictly optimized for clock panels up to 4.8mm (0.19 in) thick.

What is the required hole diameter on the clock dial for installation?

The thread diameter of this mechanism is 8mm (0.31 in). Therefore, your clock dial must have a hole diameter of 8mm or larger for the shaft to pass through smoothly

Why is my clock running slow or stopping intermittently after installation?

This is 90% caused by using high-output Alkaline or rechargeable batteries (which can overload the delicate quartz core). Please use 1 x AA Carbon-Zinc battery ONLY to ensure perfect, silent timekeeping and longevity.
