Box is lovely and the description/photo show brown although it is a red wood.

My brother recently passed away and my mom wanted a keepsake box for some of his things. This a beautiful and sturdy box. The workmanship is lovely.

This product has quite a few chips and dents as you can see in the photos. Completely unreliable customer service that offered a replacement/refund that never eventuated.

This box is absolutely beautiful. I love the tree that appears to be laser cut into the lid. It's perfect for keepsake items or, the reason I purchased it, for storing a loved ones ashes.
