Worth the price, much better than budget barlows
Bought fir planetary imaging, I previously imaged with cheap 2x barlows. Is it worth the money? Yeah! I noticed improvements in quality during my first session with it.

Seeing conditions dictate
So far my budget x2 Celestron barlow which cost a fraction of the price of this x3LX has yielded better results with my planetary photos, but seeing conditions generally dictate so I will edit this review accordingly if there is a noticeable difference when they improve. Lunar observations do appear to be slightly better, however.

A great addition to our setup!
The X-Cel LX X3 Barlow lens is a must have for your collection. I don't know what more to say. It is fantsatic for getting a closer look at the wonders in the night sky. I highly recommend adding it to your collection, especially if you a sky watching noob like me. ;-) . Great item, fast delivery, good price, perfect seller.
