This is a great hotend for the money! I wish it would come assembled though as it took some time to put it together, instructions were not included but is not hard to figure out how to put it together. Quality is way better and I expected it to be and once assembled it looks high quality!I was able to get about 20 to 25mm³/S but I had to increase the temps way higher than the recommended temps on my PLA+, I was somewhere in the range of 255C printing at 400mm/s and it was handling with no issues at all but I was not able to push it higher since my printer caps at 400mm/s speeds.Overall recommended as an upgrade from stock hotend and you will be getting a great deal for your money!

Overall nice. The heater comes with male pins on one end and the Creality Ender 5 heater connector that it is supposed to mate to has male pins. Had to cut the connector off of the old heater and solder it onto the new cable. The wire gauge is different for the heater as well. Creality used 18 ga wire and this has 20 ga. Still heated up quickly just hope there won't be future issues.

Works all right with Ender-5, but requires soldering as provided wires have different connector than Ender. So far I'm really happy with print quality. I never got such good results on this printer and those settings.Benchy and owl (50% scale) are printed with PETG @250C, print speed 100mm/s (wall at 80mm/s), and 1500mm/s^2 acceleration. (although printer probably never reached max speed at this small size)I never could print at this speed while maintaining this quality, and previously troublesome PETG (couldn't solve stringing issue) prints now just fine.From bad things:- requires soldering- no assembly instructions, see other comments or use google- provided thermal paste seems to be good only up to 200C, so I used different oneBut still 5 stars for me.

No instructions but pretty straight forward. Heats up quick. But design makes filament hang up in the transistion to the hotend tube. So make sure its feeding before printing.Still working on getting a print to turn out with it. But so far ok.

This hotend allows plastic to super heat to a point where you’re overwhelmed with the smell of cooking plastic and terrible eye irritation, was a nightmare!!!11 years experience

I bought one of these to test, and it worked so well that I had to buy several more. This hotend is clearly a clever adaptation of the Bambu Lab hotend, and it definitely holds up well by comparison. My Klipperized Kingroon KP3S was having serious speed issues because it wasn't melting plastic fast enough with the standard V6 clone that those machines come with, so being able to add this to the machine with only minimal modification was a huge boon. Overall, I couldn't recommend this hotend enough, and I bought a few extras to upgrade some more of my printers.

The listing is missing the instructional photo but it’s on the polisi3d website if you search polisi3d t4 chc you should be able to find it.I haven’t tried it out yet but plan on editing this review if the product is terrible but I doubt it will be.It looks solid the only issue I have with it besides the no instructions is when I tried to take the nozzle out the wrench they provided bent and chipped with little pressure making it impossible to use. I’ll just have to use a real wrench. Oh and I guess the no information on replacement nozzles.

Nach langen Versuchen, das stock-hotend meines Ender 3 zu verbessern, habe ich mich nach dessen Explosion dazu entschieden, dieses zu kaufen.Es tickt alle Boxen, die mir bei einem Hotend wichtig sind;Metall-heatbrake, check. Funktioniert super und die Hitze wird hier wirklich kaum in den Feedbereich übertragen. Heatcreep ist hier kein Problem.Das Heizelement ist super effektiv. Es heizt super schnell auf, kühlt ordentlich ab und hält die Temperatur sehr gut und präzise, Abweichungen sind hier auch beim initialen Aufheizen unter 1 Grad Celsius.Die Nozzle ist super, harter Stahl und funktioniert auch gut. Dank dem Heizelement ist auch die Hitzübertragung gut.Ich drucke vor allem PLA-Varianten, denke aber dass dieses Hotend auch für deutlich anspruchsvollere Filamente geeignet ist.Oh, und die Inklusion der Extras ist super. Verschiedene geläufige Montagesysteme, und mir am wichtigsten, Kabelverlängerungen. Klar, eine Länge Kabel mit JST-Steckern zu versehen ist nicht so hart, aber das female Ende kann wirklich lästig einzusetzen sein, und das Kabel direkt damit zu erhalten ist super.Nur eins, irgendeine Anleitung zu haben wäre wohl gut. Sich zusammenzuräumen was wohin gehört ist manchmal unangenehm, vor allem wenn es zB um die Ausrichtung des Halteclips geht, für die man sich an den Bildern auf der Produktpage orientieren muss. Und wo die Thermalpaste hingehört ist auch nicht schwer auszudenken, würde ich aber wirklich lieber einfach klar gesagt bekommen.Alles in allem, ein super Upgrade zu einem unschlagbaren Preis, wenn man denn weiß, was man damit anzufangen hat.

Wanted a better hotend for faster printing.Also bought a 0.6mm CHT-Clone nozzle - was able so easily print 30mm³/s which is so much material!The roller/belt system is the only thing keeping my ender back to be quick - hotend is superb!Quick heating and cooling - best upgrade I did so far!EDIT!Doesn't fit regular V6 nozzles - so it leaked a lot!- V6 nozzles screw into it, but dont seat 100% perfect. So watch out!

Bin ja immer skeptisch was dritt Anbieter angeht. Mit dem originalen Ender 3v2 Hotend hatte ich jedoch nur Probleme von Tag 1, was mich dazu brachte dieses gute Stück auszuprobieren und ich muss echt sagen das Hotend ist klasse. Ich kann und habe mit dem Hotend auf meinem Ender 3v2 mit einer Geschwindigkeit von über 140-160mm/s gedruckt und das Reibungslos, wo man bedenken muss, dass das Stockhotend schon bei 60mm/s Faxen macht. Normal mach ich mir auch nicht die Mühe Ware zu beurteilen, in diesem Fall bin ich jedoch mehr als nur überzeugt. Ich hatte das Hotend jetzt seit Februar im Betrieb und bis jetzt hatte ich nicht ein einziges Problem, keine Verstopfung nichts.Beim Kauf bedenken sollte man nur das man um die 10-20 Grad wärmer drucken muss und das man die kleine Keramikheizmatte und Thermostat mit der mitgelieferten Wärmeleitpaste eindeckt, um ein optimales Ergebnis beim heizen und Lesen der Temperatur zu erzielen.Das Produkt ist so gut, das ich mit der Idee spiele ein zweites Hotend für meinen CR-10 Smart Pro zu kaufen und den Sprite Extruder komplett entferne.
