It's food colouring!
It's red. It's food colouring. Not much more to say. I did need almost a full pot though to give my red velvet cake a true red colour!

Little goes a long way
Use this for colouring various types of icing in my cakes. Will also colour cake mix itself. Good solid colours not watery like some. Mixes in well on buttercream fondant and gum paste. Strong colours so only use little at a time until you knead it into shade required.excellent value no problem in recommending.
