ELEGOO ABS Like 3D Printer Upgraded Resin 2.0, 405nm UV Curing Photopolymer Resin for LCD 3D Printing Grey 2000g

I have used several different types of resin from elegoo and other suppliers but the ABS-Like resin is by far the best compromise between detail, smell and price. For a long time I was put off by the "idea" of the smell of resin and so stuck to FDM printers, eventually after a friend of mine purchased a Mars I but the bullet and jumped in. The smell is chemically, and almost like the smell of scalextrix cars from my childhood (I hope this helps people of a certain age) It holds detail fantastically, from large flat surfaces to tiny detail I have not had any issues, it cures well and looks fantastic. Some models it almost feels like I'm spoiling them but painting. It always takes primer well and I am overall very happy with this resin. I also had cause to use Elegoo customer services in the past and they were fantastic, resolving my issues (not with this resin) quickly and going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. THis has given me the confidence and the knowledge that if for any reason i did have issues with the resin they would be there and keen to help!

Not had annissue with this resin, dries nicely and washes well whilst cleaning. Give it a good shake before 1st use your blend the pigments as standard. Not had any issues with quality whilst using this grey colour. Usually my go to since I'm able to pull some great details for the print quality.

I like this resin and have found it to be very flexible, more flexible than both 1.0 And 3.0. It also is a good mixer for adding to 3.0 to make it more flexible

It makes perfect, durable prints.......when the prints themselves don't fail that is. It takes paint very well. It's durable. Hollowed prints are very durable in this resin. Not too bad a cost for the strength and fairly low odour. Cleans up nicely with alcohol and cures fairly quickly

I have used this on my Anycubic 12K M5 and the results and level of detail have been brilliant. I have printed this at the factory default setting on the printer and the results were excellent. The resin profile can also be found on Lychee making setup really easy. The translucency is striking. My next project will be to 3D print a Jedi using this so that it appears like a ghost, I might then put it on a led base. A couple of warnings: my first print was ok, but definitely make sure that the resin bath is completely clean, I might even go as far as rinsing it in the IPA bath to really make sure that there is no grey or black resin remaining in it before printing. Post printing is very easy, I have had great success with both 99.98% alcohol and resin detergent. The prints cleaned up really easily.

Fantastic, my go to resin when printing my Palmer 'thing' blood spider petri dish model. Picks up all the fine details, a quick coat of clear varnish makes it look like glass, great colour. Easy cleaning using standard IPA bath, great results, highly recommended.

Good builds for the price

Since getting my Elegoo Mars 2 in Nov of 2021 I have used many types of resin, looking for one that best suits the printer. Some have been less brittle, sacrificing detail Others are highly detailed but a breath of fresh air will snap bits off my minis. To date this Resin is the most consistent I have used, I am half way through a bottle and have created a few dozen high quality, clean prints. I’ve had no fails with this resin either. The minis are durable with a bit of flex, most with most with standing a bit of handling and knocks. The resin cleans off easily in a quick ipa bath and a dip in warm water makes the sprues pop off nice n quickly. Will purchase again

Nach der Entscheidung, welcher Drucker es wird, musste natürlich auch passendes Resin her. Also habe ich etliche Rezensionen gelesen und mich letztlich für dieses Grün entschieden. Zu aller erst mal die Verpackung. Erste Sahne, kann ich dazu nur sagen. Die Flasche selbst ist mit einer Luftpolsterung in einem kleinen Karton sicher verpackt. Darin bewahre ich sie auch weiterhin auf, damit auf keinen Fall was passiert. Das Resin selbst ist nahezu geruchslos, stört also bei einer Anwendung im Wohnzimmer überhaupt nicht, wovor ich etwas Sorge hatte. Und es hat eine Wunderbare Qualität beim Druck. Kaufe ich also gerne wieder, sobald die aktuelle Flasche leer ist. Aber dann wahrscheinlich mal eine andere Farbe.

Perfekt für Drucke aber wenn man es tatsächlich transparent bekommen möchte empfehle ich einen UV blocker zu benutzen wenn der Druck fertig ist da dieser sonst vergilbt. Sehr hohe details sind möglich.

Guten Preis und gut resin

Bin Total zufrieden mit dem Elegoo Resin. Getestet wurden Blau/Transparent und Grün durchsichtig. Einzige Manko ist das das Transparente Resin durchs Trocknen einen Gelbstich bekommt. Belichtungszeiten und Settings sind bei allen 3 Farben gleich geblieben und liefern top Ergebnisse.

Ich bin hoch zufrieden, die Farbe ist gut, es gibt kaum bis gar keine Anhaftungen am FEP-Film, schont die Folie. Die Details sind super, der Geruch hält sich in grenzen und beim aushärten habe ich auch keine Verfärbungen oder ähnliches feststellen können.
