i am satisfied with this product. it arrived rather timely and I like that the tea bags have the string with a tab that allows you to soak it in water and remove the bag from the cup. I have experienced situations where that is not always the case with tea bags from foreign countries. i used it with honey and it was enjoyable. I felt it sort of cleaned out my stomach if that makes any sense. I do recommend it.

Seems to be only chopped leaves in each bag, and tastes fresh/good.makes me feel warm and fuzzy.I don't like the nylon or polyester bags, tho.

Nice tea but the packaging is poor! You have to have a tea steeper to enjoy it or else the teabag will loose in your water or even before you put it in hot water.. overall poor packaging
