Fit nicely into the Miers bag and has a large surface area which is ideal. Had two smaller Thermos slates before and they lasted about two years so worth the purchase.

well made freezer board takes awhile to defrost ( i use in a thermos 6 can cool bag ) these fit the sides and with a one for the front and a block for the bottom it keeps the food and drinks nice and cool.

Not used them yet as they have not long arrived , but well packaged when delivered and look right for the job intended. As I have not tried them yet that is why a 4 star rating but sure that they will be fine when we do.
