Seems to working for me. Suffer from acid reflux due to a hiatus hernia. Seems to settle my stomach.

I switched to this from slippery elm powder because it was no longer working. These seem to be doing a good job. Easy enough to swallow. They have a slightly unpleasant taste but not enough to stop taking them.
