My dermatologist recommended to help with hair growth recovery from hair loss due to seborrheic dermatitis. Ok so it taste yucky but way better than castor oil. I have a strong stomach and it doesn't make me gag. Other than I see that my skin looks beautiful and my hair is growing 😌 (including my chin hair 😜). I look forward to taking it because I want the results.

Dear Amazon Shopper, If you're reading this, I will assume that you are aware of the benefits of consuming Omega-3 fatty acids. In brief, Omega-3's support neuroplasticity and speed along the transfer of electrical impulses in the brain via increased neuronal reactivity to synaptic signaling (as DHA is preferentially used for the construction of ion channels when made available through omega fatty acid consumption). It is advantageous that this product includes omega from both land and sea sources, as omega-3's derived solely from plant sources (such as flax) lose potency as a result of the endogenous conversion of ALA's into a usable format. Further, rest assured that any degradation associated with lack of temperature control during transit would be nominal. That being said, the palatability of this oil leaves something to be desired. The lemony zest has enough kick to knock your teeth out if you down this stuff straight, but it IS preferable to the "fishy" taste of other supplements (which is not even remotely evident with this product). I put a tablespoon of this into a smoothie every morning, which takes the edge off of the razor-sharp lemony zing with which this oil pierces the tongue. The bottle, while a shade tall, fits well inside a refrigerator door, and there is a permeable seal that prevents oil from spilling out of the bottle too quickly. This thoughtful feature allows you to squeeze the desired amount of oil out of the bottle, preventing spillage and overuse. Also, utilizing the oil directly is, to my mind, far preferable to ingesting gelatin capsules made from cellulose and titanium dioxide. The price isn't unreasonable considering the quantity of product you receive, and Barlean's is one of the more trusted names in this industry. All in all, the taste is bearable, the health benefits are exceptional, you avoid the cellulose and TiO2 in gel-caps, the bottle is thoughtfully designed, and the price is fair. If you want to enjoy the health benefits of Omega-3's I can see no reason not to recommend this product. Thank you.

They are easily digested and have no funky fishy belches. Love this stuff.

Let you know when I get my lipid panel. Easier way to take fish oil and not deal with the smell and taste.

Always great I love this brand because of the dark thick black plastic bottles! I only use them exclusively for my Omega‘s and any oil products other than a few. I also am religious about their evening Primrose oil capsules. I find taking these two in combination reduces my inflammation from chronic illnesses and pain arthritis and more as well as even skin breakouts and overall internal and external inflammation of any kind as well as seems to Speedworld and healing and more. Also helps with seven and monthly cramping and hormonal shifts in my experience but needs to be taken daily and for several months without stopping to achieveThe most benefit although it’s absolutely worth taking as needed not just prophylactically. However I personally take two capsules morning and evening when having a really bad time and at least one a day if not. That seems to keep a baseline amount in my system so that I don’t regress two more inflammation and pain within a week to two of stopping taking it. Highly recommend this to be a subscribe and save items for those of you who know you will be taking it daily as I do. I reuse the black bottles as well so those of you eco-recyclers out there can split down bottles as I do for my partner and or friends or family and share. I wanna keep the extras for travel. You won’t believe how useful they are! They really keep them from blowing up and getting strange. If you put them in a pillowcase or otherwise a non-airtight container even slightly they absolutely get strange puffy and I have much less structural integrity of the gel capsule... Definitely avoid excess heat as much as possible and if you have to travel with them as I do I have to refrigerate them before I go or keep them in the refrigerator especially in the summer. Overall one of my favorite supplements.

Tastes great. Anyone can drink this. You don't need to worry about the taste.

I am giving this product 0 . The pills in this bottle are all stuck together in a ball inside the container and I am unable to separate them without puncturing the soft jells. So I am unable to take or return this item as it is non returnable. Will not buy again from Amazon.

My husband is ill and on a liquid diet. I use this to add calories to his protein shakes. It's awesome.

This is the best product i have used. Here are my two key points for recommending others for using it. First, since using the product, my energy level has gone up significantly. I noticed it within few days. My confirmation of this surge in energy came when I recommended my friend to use the product because of high cholesterol.
