Best 20 bucks I have ever spent. I am a very slow coffee drinker. This mainly stays at my desk so I can sip as I work, but I have also taken it wherever I need it because I can just hook it up to an extension cord. I used to have to go back and microwave my coffee a couple times. Now this actually keeps my coffee hot, not just lukewarm, hot. It fits all my mugs, even my larger ones. And it's just the best!

I am a person who is easily distracted and sidetracked. I also like to sip my tea and would often end up with cold tea :(This was last year's Christmas gift and it's still going strong (6 months later). This thing is awesome! It keep my tea warm enough to drink but not too hot for as long as you have the cup sitting on it. My mug is 24 oz which is on the large side and still fits just fine. It turns on when you set your cup on it. I usually leave it plugged in and haven't had any issues with it.It's an excellent gift for any lover of hot drinks or for yourself!

Bought because I like to drink hot coffee in the morning but always end up having it barely warm. The idea is great and it looks nice but unfortunately it’s tiny enough powerful to keep it hot.

My husband uses it every night!

Bought TWO so that the hubby has one in his office for his coffee & I can have my own, in mine, for my teas, so we aren’t zapping them in the microwave all day long. We also use small SILICONE drink covers (Charles Viancin/on amazon) to trap in the heat. But was very disappointed that the material was listed as “Wood” in the description- as the outer edges are just plastic with a nice looking wood grain print. For those of us who are trying to protect our health & Earth’s, by using less toxic plastic in our lives, that was frustrating! Thankfully the plastic doesn’t appear to get hot—(which would make it release more toxins in the air)—so we will use them until we can locate real wooden ones!

I really wanted a mug warmer especially for cold winter days. It definitely kept my coffee warm but didn’t not like it had no on/off switch. It turned on by the weight of your cup. When you picked up the cup it would turn off. I forgot my mug on there for a few hours, it curdled my creamer. I could only imagine the safety issue if I had left my mug on there overnight. For this reason I ended up returning it. An automatic shut off after a few hours would definitely be a nice safety feature.
