In order to give an honest review, I waited for 2 years after purchase to provide a review. Bottom line is, this bed is wonderful!I originally bought this bed for my 12-yr old, 85-lb Chow/Retriever mix in 2017. He had arthritis and needed a bed that provided support. While he was a little unsure of the pillow top, the bed really provided the necessary relief For his aging joints. Then, my 6-yr old, 8-lb Pom decided he wanted in on it. After my C/R mix passed away, my Pom took over ownership of the bed. He loved it and still does to date. In mid-April 2018, we added a Leonberger puppy to the family and he didn’t hesitate to try it out. Weighing in at 27 lbs at 8 weeks, he shared the bed with my Pom. 18 months later, my Leonberger grew from 27 lbs to 128 lbs. He still loves the bed. So my dogs love this bed.From a human perspective, I also love this pet bed. When I first got it, I tried it out personally. I laid on it for a couple of hours and found that it was strong enough to support me with relative comfort. Now, after 2 years of use by 3 dogs, and occasionally by my 2 cats, not only did the bed stay in shape, providing the same level of support as it did when it first arrived, it still looks pretty new! My giant Leonberger puppy has not been gentle with the bed, but the bed amazingly held together.When a get a second Leonberger, which I will, I will definitely get another one of these beds for him. In fact, I am contemplating on getting one to put in the mini van for his car rides.It’s a great bed and worth the money!

The package arrived quickly and was double boxed to ensure the bed arrived without damage. The bed was vacuum packed to conserve space. It consists of two parts, the supportive foam base and a fluffy pillow top. The two sections zip together easily.My 60 pound dog has a large benign fatty tumor on his right side and always slept on his left until this bed arrived. Our house has 4 levels and a covered patio. There is a dog bed on each level and the patio but when he goes for a nap, I find that he heads for this bed. Comfort and happiness deserve 5 stars.I selected this bed because the features appealed to me. Both sections have zip-off covers so the bed can be cleaned. As the bed is new, I can't really assess durability but it looks like it is well constructed and will hold up to Rosco's wallowing on it. Rosco and I are very pleased with this purchase and recommend this bed to dogs and dog lovers everywhere.

We bought this bed in 2017 and it was amazing - foam base was perfect and pillow top was full, fluffy and comfy for our pet. We purchased another for our new pet, and when it arrived the foam part was crushed and the pillow top was barely full. We thought it was a problem with packing/shipping so returned and ordered another bed. Again, it arrived crushed on bottom with a disappointing pillow top. We returned and will find something in a pet store so that we can see what we're getting.

Decent bed. I bought 5 various types of beds to have around the house and this was supposed to be the nice fancy one she sleeps in at night, but she actually seems to prefer the $30 PetSmart bed. It looks nice, and I prefer this one to sit on with her, but if dog choice matters, it's average.

Good quality dog bed well worth the money. Been through probably 15 dog beds over about 12 years and this one is one of the best so far. My only negative is that I couldn't find the zipper for the top portion of the bed so I assumed the cover wasn't removable. Unfortunately I saw it after i washed it so now the cushion is super fluffy. It's almost too high now and since then my 12 year old dog hasn't shown as much interest in it. Guess I will have to sit on it a little to flatten it out.

The bed arrived earlier than expected. It came out of the package looking ready to use. We really like the way it looks and the comfort that it provides for our 16 and 1/2 year old dog who has arthritis. She has two beds other than this one that she always seemed to like a lot. When we put this bed down for her, she picked it as her bed of choice almost immediately. We notice that she seems to sleep more peacefully on this bed. It provides comfort with the pillow top with a firm base that provides good support. We highly recommend this dog bed. It is a value for the price.

I purchased the extra large for my 5 cats and they love it. My cats range in size from 10 pounds to 13 pounds and they all sleep on it together very comfortably. I was hesitant to buy it because the price is high but it was money well spent. I haven't washed the covers and pillow yet so I'm hoping it will hold up, it seems very well made so I'm sure it will do fine. I was so pleased when I initially received the two beds I bought. My dogs loved them at first sight and I thought I had finally found the perfect beds for my guys. Not so. Definitely, not so. The soft pillow top should have been filled with shredded memory foam instead of fiberfill since it clumps up and is impossible to unclump no matter how much you “massage.” The cover for the bottom does not have even a centimeter of extra fabric so the cheap shiny material on the bottom tears as you try to zip the cushion cover closed after the first wash. For the price of this bed, you’d think they would have used a heavy duty zipper, a stronger material for the bottom, and a little more of it so it could zip without fraying. What a disappointment all around. It’s hard enough throwing away a $50 bed - a $100 bed (times two) really hurts. I highly recommend NOT wasting your money on this bed.
