and because they re made of fairly sturdy plastic, they are definitely reusable for all kinds of projects of which I have many in mind. Well worth the money and delivery was swift too.

Very handy

I use these on my 5 x 7" gelliplate for monoprinting. Lovely variety of botanical designs. Plastic is thin but substantial enough to last, water based printing ink washes off easily. Would recommend to crafters and artists.

Quite small but useful

The designs are very varied and very pretty but unless you are working on a flat surface / at a desk and sitting very securely comfortably, be warned that the results can be very hit and miss.If the plastic was rigid the outcome would have been so much better but they do unfortunately flip-flop around when applying the paint and then you get leaks and blobs under the edges. I managed to paint-out the worst of the blobbing but it takes a lot of extra time. Would strongly suggest that if working vertically (as I was-because these were for my bedroom-wall corners) DON’T do what I did and rely on blu-tac to hold the stencils in place. Instead get some low-adhesion tape and apply it around every edge of the stencil! This was a suggestion that came to me too late.It is also highly recommended that you practice on a similar surface beforehand. Don’t take the risk on ‘good’ things otherwise.Probably better for kids card-making and school friezes etc.

I bought these as I didn't have and leaf or flower stencils. I also bought them to go with the slim stencil brushes.they are ideal together.
