THIS WEIGHT DOES US SUMMER AND WINTER
The item is a practical solution to feel warm with no weight to speak of. The price was a nice surprise having last bought one of the same quality many years ago.

I am pleased with it
A bit noisy and some feather poke through but to be expected with feather and down . Good warm duvet

Prickly
In the beginning, this quilt was excellent. Really cosy and light. Still is ok but sheds a fair smount of feathers. These jab through the quilt and the duvet cover and are a bit prickly. You would not be able to use this without wearing some sort of top as well.Don't know how other feather duvets compare, since this is my first one. Might go gack to a microfibre duvet.

Do Not Buy - will be throwing away.
Bought this for my son going to University as 7 tog is a good weight to Autumn/Winter/Spring. Says it is in a feather proof cover but constantly sheds feathers so much so that it is spikey even through a duvet cover and his room was covered with feathers everytime he changed his sheets. Have bought him another and given this a wash and dry to see if it improved, not at all feathers everywhere and had to empty the filter on washing machine!!! We have had feather duvets before and never this problems. DO NOT BUY.

Double Duvet
Lovely lighter weight duvet just what I wanted excellent quality stitched pockets which I like .There was no smell as sometimes with Goose down . Aired it for 1 day then straight on the bed

This duvet is a pleasure to sleep in very comfortable and light weight.

Lightweight and comfortable
I bought this duvet as my husband was having trouble sleeping as he was too hot with our 10tog duvet even though it is mid winter and very cold. I feel the cold so was a bit worried about going down to a 7tog. This duvet is fantastic, it's lightweight and really comfortable. My husband is no longer too hot and with an extra layer of pyjamas I am also toasty warm even during this cold snowy weather. No more hollow fibre duvets for us.
