I am far from a perfectionist and this was not easy, but I think it turned out cute. Something fun to do while you’re watching TV because all the stitches were super easy just had to be a little more focused on keeping the satin stitch straight.

I’m gonna be honest here, I went and bought myself multiple but different needle point kits one night, with this being an included purchase; I have yet to start it. It’d been a while before about a month ago that I’d gone and embroidered something, so long in fact I was just a young teen, haha. I can’t wait to work up to this one though, it’s gonna feel so good to complete seeing as it is packed right with different fungi to stitch.•Color: The color selection that was made and decided upon for this piece is absolutely lovely and the choice of using mushrooms as the focus is fantastic, as there are so many different, colorful, shapely, ect kinds of mushrooms; makes for a lovely sight.• Ease of Use: Like I came clean about at the beginning of this rating, I’ve yet to start this one, as it’s one of several (some were sold in multipacks), so I’ve both got my work cut out for me and, truth be told, there’s just such a full plate of work for this one that I wanted to work up to it. It looks like a more intermediate to harder level one, but by the time I get my hands on it I’ll make sure I complete it like a champ! Haha• Quality: As I always tend to do when I’ve gotten a package in the mail, I’ll go back on Amazon, check the list of products purchased in the sale, make sure all is there that was assured to be, check the condition of my packages contents for any ware or tear,(which was not the case for this one, everything came out of the package in perfect condition, thank you) and then either deal with damaged goods or start up on my stitch in’. The instructions for this are extremely basic. It tells you to search a specific phrase on youtube for other instructions but they don't actually have any videos they're just directing you to other people to teach you. Once you know how to start and choose a place to start it you're pretty good to go though.The highland cow pattern doesn't require much variety in stitches so it's easy to learn and its really cute. I also like how easy it is to fix a mistake (as long as you catch it fairly early) because you can just use the needle to scratch over an area and close up a hole so you can redo it.

I made this for a friend’s baby shower. I didn’t fully follow the instructions because of my personal preference. This would be great for beginners!

I went to iron the cloth before embroidery, and when I spritzed it with water, the ink ran and started to disappear! I quickly got the hot iron on there to stop the process. I tested the corner where the number is printed, and the heat doesn't set the ink, so it can still wash it out when the project is finished.This is a great idea to use water soluble ink, but I didn't know!I had a water soluble ink pen for sewing, so I touched it up to make stitching easier.The fabric and embroidery floss are nice and my kit came with 3 needles.Use colonial knots if you have difficulty with French knots. I think colonial knots are much easier.I will post another picture when I wash my completed project.

I got it for my daughter to work on between appointments and just for relaxing downtime. She really enjoys it and she's never done a craft like this. It is coming along very cute!

I thought this would be an easy project for me being this is the first time I've ever embroidered anything. You learn different stitches, the instructions were ok. Took certain liberties in some areas but overall I'm pleased with how it turned out. We don't look at the back though as that is a hot mess. Lots of colors, and took quite a bit of time but again, I'm a total beginner.

My friend and I ordered these to do together, but ultimately they are just too complex for someone just starting out. Something with a much simpler instruction pattern would be best. It is beautiful though. Perhaps that is our fault for not examining the product info a little better.

Instructions and visuals were very helpful. The kit as a whole was very well thought out. As this was my first project of the kind - I did need to pull up YouTube for some of the stitches in particular, others not so much but thats just my own coherence or lack of lol. That being said, with some improvisation (using the stitches I was able to get down, and leaning on the more simplistic ones where I was having difficulty) following every thing to instruction wasn’t necessary to completion; the result still came out beautifully, though imperfect :)I threw in some little beads and buttons myself - they are not included in setHappy crafting! Don’t give up :)

I am new to hand embroidery and I decided to try this cute cat kit out. It has very easy to follow instructions with clean pictures. It also gives you some extra embroidery floss in the required colours and comes with 3 needles.Will be purchasing another kit to try out!
