So far it's pretty good. I was diagnosed with PCOS a couple years ago. I'm 34 and had my kids early on so I can't comment on wether this will help or not as I have my tubes tied. However, I noticed that my period was a full 7 days like when I was in my 20's and not nearly as painful. I've only used this for almost a month. My mood has slowly been improving. I suffer from pcos and my doctor told me to get on birth control pills and I didn’t want to do that because I didn’t want to gain any weight. Anywho, I was spotting for 2 months straight and I was going crazy. I took a hormone test and my testosterone levels were too high for a women. Diagnosed with PCOS since I was 19. Was put on birth control to “try” and regulate my cycles. I wonder about the actual quality of a product when their quality control is so poor. I bought the 3 month pack, and have been through 1 bottle so far. 90% of the capsules from both types are either only 1/2 or 3/4 full so you’re definitely not getting an accurate dose each day.I will not be repurchasing from this brandz

I got this to help with my PCOS symptoms. I have only been using it for a little more than a week. I have noticed using it on an empty stomach helps with my cravings way more than eating first. I can not speak on other symptoms of PCOS because it hasn't been enough time to notice but my sweet cravings have reduced!

Too many pills to take. Results weren't what I expected.

I have suffered with PCOS and went to a specialist with a previous partner when trying to conceive. After testing it was found that I do not ovulate, or at least so sporadically it was never detected.
