Why so High? $4.98 at Walmart.

Clinton, yes it is less at Wal-Mart, but some customers can’t or they don’t have the convenience or they don’t want to shop at Wal-Mart. Just from what I gather, reading the ingredients, I'd say it's definitely NOT Non-GMO. And for that reason, I'd stay away from it. I don't like Frankenfood and although this does have wonderful reviews, for the most part, the ingredients are too many and too "plastic."
