Oh the memories of carrying one of these almost daily for 20 years in the service. Wish I had kept my original. These are nice; got a set of two' one for my son. Much easier to carry than a multi-tool and they have a number of uses beyond simply opening a can.

Can’t get a better, smaller can opener that is basically indestructible. It’s foolproof and small enough to go anywhere. It also is surprisingly fast for a manual can opener.

I am not sponsored. These are great for emergency kits, but they take some getting used to if you usually use a kitchen manual or electric opener. Big heads up: because of the tiny handle size, these are not recommended for anyone with hand arthritis. It’s a solid tool, but it's tough on the joints if you don't have a strong grip.

Simple but effective. Reminds me of my former service in the military. Great to keep in your vehicle or near your person.

I have these on my key rings, in my tool box, in my go bag, and I keep a set of them in my kitchen. They are well made and have never failed me. My only issue is that my arthritus is getting bad in my hands and the smaller one is really difficult , but that is not the fault of the can opener but a personal problem. The sharpness is excellent and the weight and feel is good. The problem is that the newer cans are getting thinner and thinner and fle so much that it makes walking the opener around them a work out for your hand. Again not the openers fault, but the damn can peoples.

This can opener is exactly like the one that was issued to me when I was in the army.
