The new generation of bottle is much better than the previous gen. Old bottles were hard to squeeze, unless you were looking for a wrist and forearm workout. The newer bottles are much easier to squeeze, keep water cold very well, and I haven't had a single leak even with the bottle lying on its side in the gear bag on a hot day. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is because the lock is still very tight, not fun with wet gloves or 2 hours into a bike ride. That said, I would buy again and have bought several.

Great bottle for the hot days! Fill half full and freeze the night before and fill the rest before your ride. Stays colder much longer than uninsulated bottle and is easy to take apart and clean.
