It did the trick. I had a video interview to do and it worked absolutely perfectly. For the price its great. And very low noise. Good sound quality.

Sound quality is rounded and warm and surprising for the price. As phantom power is required for the mic and due to the omi directional pickup, level and gain adjustments need to be spot on as the mic will pickup background noises easily and clearly. The only reason I am rating this a 4 out of 5 is the rather short lenght of the cable which for a lavaliere mic was a little surprising meaning an xlr extension cable will be required if any real distance from your equipment is required.

Well for £30 its unbelievably good. Very quiet. I'm going directly into a tascam DR70d as you have to have phantom power, but there is very little hiss. No switches or anything, just a nice quiet lavalier mic....excellent.

Has been excellent, but has died on me today after recording 50 + YouTube videos. Overall sound quality has been good, although I would’ve expected to last longer.

Bought this in a rush when I needed to shoot some interviews the following day & saw this with Prime, wasn't expecting the world but was pleasantly surprised. I've used it for a whole bunch of vocals & even clipped it onto a violin with half decent results. The plug is a bit cumbersome (presumably contains a not particularly compact pre-amp circuit board) but not to a fault.

The mic does what it claims to do. However, the cable is only secured in the plug by a knot (see photo). This design needs a simple cable clamp to stop movement, otherwise the cable will inevitably break as a result of movement.

Bought this to use with my actual headphones that does not have a built in mic for online gaming , I have it connected to my sound blaster ae9 amp than supports XLR with phantom power and it works great ... I have it clipped onto the bottom of my monitor stand and it is crystal clear and good quality audio recordings especially for my intended use for it. Way better voice capture than a built in mic on a "gaming" headset. Highly recommend this mic if you have the hardware to operate XLR with phantom power and want to use audiophile grade headphones for gaming or any other use case scenario where a built in mic is not available. Great product. Only flaw I can see is the wire is thin coming out of the XLR plug but I don't think that will be an issue since I'm not moving the mic very often. However if you were to wear this and move around quite often I could potentially see a short happening or wire breakage occuring. But overall for the price it's a very good buy and definitely would be again.

Ho sostituito con questo microfono un Audio-Tecnicada tavolo che va benissimo ma è molto più ingombrante. Lo uso per fare lezioni online su piattaforma Adobe. Ottima resa e fedeltà.
