I have a small 20 lb Morkie and he barks at everything and every other dog! I've tried many collars and most are too heavy and bulky. This one is light, fits him perfectly, and does NOT harm him. It just buzzes enough to make him stop! Also good hidden feature - I can leave the collar by the door. When I leave the house and he barks at the door, it buzzes and he stops barking now - no need to even put it on him unless I'm out walking him. Great product, works!!!

My dog is a bit anxious and barks at everything. Thos collar was gentle but it was enough to signal her to stop. All I do is put it on her and she is quiet.

I wish a minus 1 or 2 star were an option.I am purchasing this product for the second time with the hope that this one won't be defective. This is the third brand of bark collar I am buying. They were all defective in some way. DINJO the screen / monitor only showed half the display, the second brand not sure began with R had a very low volume although it was turned up to 8 the highest level and this brand the vibration works but not the sound. My nephew purchased DINJO and it works fine. I am dedperate to find a bark collar that deters my dog from barking incessantly. I.have a path worn to the store returning them that is not close by. I am thoroughly disgusted and very disappointed. Amazon is dealing or contracting with very disreputable companies with shoddy low quality products. When I complained about this I was told Amazon is not responsible for the defective products and I have to contact the third party sellers and deal with them. I email these companies and get no response. They are always foreign companies. Big surprise right ? On several occasions they have said that products were delayed in shipping and after about a month or longer Inform me that the product is no longer available. Amazon's service including customer service has been going consistently down hill. Their customer service is contracted out to a foreign country and the representatives are hard to understand and they get testy when I explain that to them. I also am hard of hearing which adds to the problem. After I explain the problem they say that I need to speak with someone else and this happens at least 3 xs per phone call which last no less than an hour every time I call and almost always ends with no resolution to the problem. I am extremely frustrated. Initially was very happy with Amazon products and services but that is now not the case. I am looking for other options. I still am giving the company that makes this product one more chance but don't expect anything better. This certainly is a sad commentary about the companies and services the American consumer has to deal with today especially Amazon.

First, I love that this is not a shock collar. It beeps and/or vibrates based on the sensitivity setting you have on the collar. Based on other reviewers, I think that they have confused the sensitivity levels with how loud or how abrupt the vibration is. This is not the case. The levels alter the sensitivity of how it detects sound. So, you can set the collar on the lowest setting (thus, the lowest detection of sound - something only a very loud bark would set off) or the highest setting (something chronic whining or growling would set off).The two things that I would change if I could are the following: (1) I really wish that the sound and vibrations could be altered. The vibration (in my opinion) is too loud - it really scares my pet more than anything, but the beep isn't always enough. If there was an option to increase/decrease the vibration and beeping sound, that would make this collar even better... And (2) the size of it. The collar length can be cut (which I did) and the edges can be easily melted to avoid fraying. The actual touch screen is fairly large though - the same width and length of a large smart watch... so it is a bit big. My furry pet has a difficult time putting his chin down all the way with this on because the heaviness of the collar will pull down the collar beneath the chin - but I guess that. depends on the fur type of your furry friend.But overall, I really like this collar. I used it quite a bit for a week or so and it seemed to have slowed down the rate of Willy's howling and nonsense loud whining so much that I now only use it sparingly. I plan on using it a few times a month to just train him enough to eventually stop it in general. But regardless, this was a great purchase. I should have gotten it sooner.

The vibrating module is MUCH LARGER than what the marketing pictures suggest. The picture on the box that the unit came in is very deceptive. It shows a small chihuahua wearing the unit. Based on the comparative size of the unit compared to the chihuahua's neck, the chihuahua would need to be the size of an adult German Shephard! DESPITE THAT, this unit does work fine on our small yorkie dog. (6.2 lb / 2.8 kg) The instructions suggest using the collar no longer than 12 hours at a time - to avoid irritation from the large pointy prongs on the back of the unit. I took the unit to our grinder and ground the prongs down to about half their length, then sanding the ground surfaces smooth. This allows us to leave the collar on the dog on a permanent basis. As for behavioral changes; the device works as advertised, causing the barking to stop only after a couple of barks. Set to a sensitivity setting of 4 - which triggers after 3 or 4 barks. We may move the setting to 5 (more sensitive) so that it vibrates a little sooner. The unit works fine, but you should be aware of the above factors before purchasing.
