Works great on our cocker spaniel. Comb is made well. I expected it to feel cheap but was pleasantly surprised.

Nicely made. Strong and sturdy. Really helps to remove snarls and mats on my dog. Word of advice: do small sections of dogs hair at a time.

These are better than expected esp for the money. I have longhaired cats and these are nice and smooth , go through the coat well

Plastic combs bend and break. This is heavy duty, easy to handle and does not have sharp edges. My doodle loves to be combed after a good brushing.

Hard to get my dog to tolerate my brushing him. He actually tolerates this comb better.

Our vet recommended this comb for getting mats out of cat hair. We have a cat that has long hair and during the season changes, he always gets some mats for some reason. She showed us the technique and made it look super easy. I can't say it was quite as easy as she made it look, but it was definitely way better than the cat combs we've used in the past. This really gets under the mat where the others never seemed to. Whereas our cat would fight us a bit before when using a cat comb, he doesn't get agitated when we use this. Not sure why, but it works and I'm happy. So is he.
