Goodwin the Goat

Goodwin likes a little more flavor in his diet than Farmer Mac Duff provides, so he chews through his rope, and wanders off to find a painter lady who is using some enticingly colorful things. When Goodwin gets into the lady's paints she hunts down Farmer Mac Duff who must then come up with a way to repay the artist.Make sure you read the note in the back from Don Freeman's son about the story behind this story, and how this book came to be published just now. Goodwin is a memorable and funny character kids should enjoy. I'm actually surprised this never made it to book form before.
