I bought my 1st curling iron in 2024 & had great curls! After approximately 1 year the clamp quit holding my hair tight thus making it difficult to get even curls or any curls at all. I returned the iron for a replacement & the same thing has happened. Such a disappointment !

Extremely difficult to use, after trying to use it for maybe 3 times the clip kept getting stuck and wouldn’t grab your hair it kept slipping. I tried to return it through Amazon and they refuse to do it then went directly to the manufacturer and never got an answer so I am stuck with this useless product which is defective and not worth the money. Such a disappointment with the product and with customer service at Amazon and the manufacturer.

This thing gets HOT. And its study and sizable. Feels like a professional curling iron. Rubber stand is larger than expected but necessary to hold it up off a surface. But it gets in the way when you are curling so Im pushing it down (toward handle) and then pulling it back up to set it down. Did I say it gets HOT? Be careful. I heard this brand was highly recommended by salon owners which is why i bought it, and I see why they would. Its a pro product. (seems more robust than Hot Tools)

I really like this curling iron overall! The long barrel is great for curling my hair, especially since I have longer strands, and the curls come out beautifully and last a long time. However, one major design flaw is the placement of the power button—it’s right where your thumb naturally rests while curling. I’ve accidentally turned it off multiple times without realizing, which means the iron cools down mid-use, and I don’t notice until my curls aren’t holding as well. If the button were placed differently, this would be a five-star product!

It didn’t hold my curl. I decided to return it and get a smaller barrel. Worked much better. Also, when I was curling my hair my hand would accidentally touch the temperature control and make it turn down or up without me knowing. The smaller one is built the same but doesn’t happen with it.
