Nice medicine ball. This is the medicine ball I remember using in P.E. when I was a youngster. It’s got a leathery type feel (though it isn’t). It is very dense and heavier than you’d think by looking at it. I’m a gym guy, however, I’ve gotten sick of waiting for equipment at the public gym. Since the covid days, I’ve been slowly but surely building my own gym at home. I have just about everything I need to never have to pay for a gym membership again. I wanted to incorporate some heavy medicine balls into my workout routine. Im using medicine balls for explosive, compound-type movements and for cardio/strength training. I haven’t used the ball (25lb) yet in a full workout (it just arrived), however, I have done some exercises with this ball and tested it out. It did just what I hoped. Put me into a sweat quickly and got my heart pumping. I’m very excited to put this ball to use. The 25lb ball seems VERY WELL MADE, with QUALITY MATERIALS. I feel like it should be something that will last a long time. I feel like this company/brand has put some effort into this ball and will prove to be a great choice for me.
