My mom loved it! No more capsules!

So we got this in the hopes of being able to use our nespresso machine to make coffee and espresso without relying only on the pods for the machine. The metal pod itself seemed like it would work really well. It feels sturdy and it fits very nicely inside a coffee pod (the 7.7 oz one). After that, everything goes down hill. The pod itself got stuck in our machine and I had to use pliers to get it out. The coffee it produced all 3 times we attempted to use it (varying amounts of full and not full) were absolutely atrocious. So we decided to return it. We got a refund and were told shipping it back is on us. Initially thought that was fine, it would probably cost like 1/3 of the price of the item or something. We came to find out that shipping it to the seller would cost around $350. Thankfully, Amazon customer service worked with me and we were able to keep the refund without sending it back. This thing was not worth the hassle and I personally could not find a single reason to recommend it to anyone.

We noticed that the coffee is a lot lighter and not strong when we use this versus using an actual pod. Not sure if it's worth it.

Slightly smaller than a pod. It would be nice if it fit in the pod, but it still works greatAfter using for a few werks. It still works grest, but i question whether to use it at all. I find i get better, stronger coffee if the grounds are loose in the pod. I have started shaking the pod befire use.

A little to big for the machine. Not only did it make it hard to close, the machine didn't even recognize it. After I took it out, the machine wouldn't work properly until I cleaned it like 10 time. Just go with the aluminum foil caps.

I was excited to use my own local coffees in the capsule and stop using the Starbucks pods. I followed all instructions and with each use, yet it would cause an error every time. The coffee (though only filled to half) was okay but caused more problems than it was worth. The machine wouldn’t extract the pod and required me to wait to remove it by hand. I had to wait because of course the stainless was incredibly hot and the original pod would bend. Not worth the money, time, or anticipation for a working pod when it just doesn’t work.

Bought refillable Keurig capsels and this tamps the coffee down beautifully. Coffee doesn't stick to it and it has a good deal of heft/weight. Nice product.

This product is extremely difficult to use with the with the Nespresso Vertuo Next. Most attempts to make coffee ended up with a flashing red light. The seal has to be perfect in order for this pod to work, not the kind of hassle I need before I have had my first cup of coffee!

The machine cannot work with this pod..

Excelente calidad de soporte, me parece una "opción" excelente, para ahorrar, cuando se te acaban las originales, cuando quieres probar un cafe de tu preferencia y no esta en las originales, etc...en general sale con casi la misma fuerza pues lee el código original, por eso debemos saber en cual lo vamos a colocar, pues la cantidad de agua, fuerza y caliente depende de esto. Paciencia las primeras veces, luego de dos o tres solo se hace uno experto. Bendiciones!
