I like these products, I have not lost loads of weight but I am losing small amounts weekly and seem to be losing the fat , i can tell by my trousers getting easier to fit into. I only lose small amounts because i only swap 1 meal a day as i dont eat breakfast. These taste great and are not too sweet.

Initially I was really happy with these products - happy enough to re-order when I ran out. However, I have now had 3 of these that I've had to return due to them not mixing properly (watery, thin, tasteless). Admittedly the seller has given a no-quibble return & refund, but it's still a pain and the quality of the product just isn't very good.

Bought before in sachets and they were nice, however quite bland flavour this time

Ok . Slightly watery tasting compared to some meal shakes . Might be good if you only use it as a boost between meals

I’m really sorry but this product was disgustingWasted money on this I tried it when it arrived and never tasted anything so horrible ☹️☹️

I have been on the Chocolate shake for a week and have definitely found that it leaves me feeling full and have had no need to snack in between shakes. It mixes well and tastes great.
